Please keep me updated on your continuing Loc journey. I have a high top fade that I started growing 5 years ago. I stopped cutting the top of my hair in February 2020 and just let my hair grow throughout the pandemic. Sister and mom started having fun styling it, and eventually I decided to commit to high top braids and twists. I had a some regret with my fade now that I want to get locs, but your videos make me feel so much better about my personal future loc transition. Hair goals!!
Thank you so much. After watching your follow up video, I'm really considering getting my hair locked. I have same combination 3B/3C hair type and always wondering how this hair looked with locs. Now I'm excited!
Glad I help! I think it's worth it! Been having it for more than a year now and it's a great journey. What I like the most is not having to put so much hair product everyday to have a desired look (what I used to do before because I had so much volume). :)
Damn u looks dope ass hell with dreads and everything mostly with with ur tattoos and everything u look somewhat gothic and like a metal head at the same time 🖤😭🔥🔥
Hey mate, I came across your channel and your videos are great, sorry to be a pain but do you know roughly how many locs you have? I really like how your locs look and am considering getting locs myself, just wondered how many locs would be best.
Hey I got similar hair to u and just started my loc journey so when I wash it how do I get my hair back to normal and not frizz up? Do you wash your hair then go for a retwist with crochet hook?
Hi, I would say just do some palm roll it on the locs where you feel there are too much frizz. I was always worried about my frizzy bits but got to a point to just kinda accept it haha!
Hmm I feel like interlocking was perfect for initial phase but after that retwist were more than enough for me. Now I even wait much more longer before getting a clean retwist. I just work on the new growth with a crochet hook, less stress on my scalp and thinning issues that could come with over retwisting my locs!
Hey, I don't put much stuff in my locs. To get a fresh scent I put some peppermint essential oil or lavender and I wash it with shampoo once every two weeks. I never had dandruff issue so I can't advise much on this but maybe have a look into Tea tree oil it seems that it could help with your issue. Best of luck.
@@ernestogirado2793 At the moment I use OGX teatree mint shampoo. Really nice smell and has some benefits. "It's often added to invigorate the scalp, which is great for those suffering from dandruff and a dry scalp because the oil of peppermint can gently exfoliate and slosh away excess dry skin."
Bonjour, une visite chez mon loctician une fois par 2-3 mois quand je voulais un 're-twist', shampoing une fois aux deux semaines et pour le scalp un petit mélange : eau de rose, + menthe poivrée et huile d'arbre à thé.
Can we please get an update?

Thanks for that comment! High top locs are defo nice! Appreciate it 🙏
Thank you for your story. I'm loving your locks. Just be careful about too much bleaching and dying. I like your hair as it is.
Thank you! Yes most def that's why I want to end up with a gradient later so my top part I just let it my natural color.

Yes I did. I don't remember exactly like 3-4 hours?

What did you think about the normal retwist vs the interlocking ?
