Any idea when you'll have stable USB ASIO drivers for the QU so I can get stable USB multitrack recording to my PC? The current high pitch npoise issue is driving me mad!!! The Behringer XR18 I had before was much better.
Hello Mark, We have no reports of the ASIO drivers having any issues at all. This is currently used by many users in the field. Different situations may raise depending on the computer system that a user can have, not all systems ae optimized for real time audio streaming. If you are having issues and required assistance, I would recommend to send us a message to our support centre and we will be happy to assist. www.allen-heath.com/support/ Thank you, Rafael
Is there a video where you demonstrate QU DAW control with Samplitude Pro X on a PC? any help or link to appropriate article would be much appreciated.
Hello! I suggest you refer to the following video, which is based in Logic Pro: th-cam.com/video/yC7kyENOM-o/w-d-xo.html Unfortunately, we do not have specific steps for Samplitude Pro X, but the process should be similar. It also uses Mackie Control protocol. For any assistance operational within Samplitude DAW, I would suggest reaching out to their support team as well. Cheers, Rafael
Hi, we currently own a QU32 and AR2412 stage box. We're planning on purchasing a SQ5, so is it possible to connect all three together in such a configuration that the SQ takes inputs from the AR and used as a monitor mixer which then sends the inputs to the QU for FOH mixing?
Hello JoashButhello, Yes, this is possible. For your reference: support.allen-heath.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4403618840849-General-How-to-connect-Qu-SQ Thank you, Rafael
What is the most economical way to extend SQ6 with all the inputs it can handle? I wouldn’t even need the preamps, there is enough preamps on the SQ itself, all the additional inputs should be line level inputs.
If you are using all local inputs SQ6 then the AR2412 expander on dSnake would most likely be the more economical option. However, to confirm this please speak with our regional distribution partner in your country about options and pricing. www.allen-heath.com/community/distributors/ Thanks, Luke

Is there a video where you demonstrate QU DAW control with Reaper on a PC? Its definately not as simple as on a mac. I have control working from console (custom layer) to Reaper, but it refuses to do Reaper controlling the console (custom layer)..... any help or link to appropriate article would be much appreciated.
Hello RoostRider, I'm afraid we do not have a video or article specifically for Reaper DAW. You are welcome to send us a message to Support@allen-heath.com and we'll be happy to assist you. As this seems to be a setting missing from Reaper, I would also recommend to simultaneously reach out to their support team and see if they can assist as well. Cheers, Rafael
Hello! In terms of Analogue connections, you'll have to be conscious of Mic level vs Line level connections, but yes. In terms of digital connectivity, our mixers can only communicate and stream audio over ethernet through our own internal protocols, I'm afraid. Feel free to send us a message to Support@allen-heath.com if you require more assistance with your enquiry. Cheers, Rafael
