Wait you CAN take that out? I got a RAM brake reservoir mount with a quadlock adapter because I thought I couldnt do a fork stem mount. I don't love it just because it obstructs my view of the dash a little so I tend to leave my right signal on, and I can't tilt it toward me so it's hard to see if I use maps during the day. I can't seem to find that stem mount with the threads
i decided to just get another sena 5s kit for my second helmet cuz the vibrations are proven to break the stabilizers on more modern phone. not going through that again.
This motorcycle phone mount is my favorite system to use but i got a more reasonable priced version off of aliexpress. Also had a similar one i bought on a market in asia. The ram one is 100 euro in germany and the knockoff about 15.
Real quick just wanna point out that’s a stem “bolt” not a “nut”. Bigger cc bikes do have stem nuts but yours in particular has a stem bolt. Other than that, looks good!
So that cap you remove on my zx 6r it fell off and it rained so now there is water stuck inside.. how do I get rid of that water or will it rust anything up 😞 mines only had a plastic cap no nut
Im surprised that someone rides an R3 like mine, and I wish I had done this. I got a custom made bar for above the fork. You should definitely try to turn your R3 into a stunt bike, it was a blast modding the shit outta mine.

I had ram mount for 3 years, switched to quad lock and it's so much better. Ram mount is trash. But to each their own
Exactly, I can’t see it being very secure. But once u lock the phone into the quad lock, it’s not moving
