      Any exposure is good exposure. Adults can be able to read between the lines.

    Austin, the men in africa(esp west Africa) are not like the men in the US.
    Men do actually compliment and show admiration for one another. Add to that the fact you're a foreigner, so they look at you with fascination.
    It isn't LGBTQ related at all

      Lived my whole life up until high school in GH and had to move to Europe at 18 to find out that same sex relationship existed. Most men in Ghana, especially those living outside the (western influenced) major cities are oblivious to this lifestyle and are thus free to interact with same sex in a non sexualized way. I envy the ignorance really because I wish I could live a life with that one thought less to think about.

      @scraw3 please watch his videos and other youtubers and you will see why. Everytime I'm there I feel at peace away from the rat race here in america..I also love they have many of the same american products and just about anything you can get here you can get it there. Nightlife, food is amazing with alot of restaurants if your a foodie like me and social life is really fun in ghana.. IDC i still say ghanaian jollof is better than nigerian jollof! Lol..this is always a debate...it's always a party club or wedding..Not the same in nigeria with infrastructure right now...nigeria is extremely expensive right now especially food n gas but nigeria has a nightlife n very social if your in the right connections . Its ok n I frequent as well but I love ghana as it has more solid infrastructure..Volta river and region I love to get on a boat on..and I like nature so Shai hills and many places in the Volta and cape coast are beautiful and peaceful.

    @Jah_Kobi 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +18

    Bro, guys in Ghana are not the same guys you grew up with in Texas. Many dudes in Ghana will come and tell you that you look nice and they want to be your friend without trying to sell you something up front. Now, most likely, they want to get close to you because they think you have money and generally many people here have a poverty mindset so they are always looking for a way to get over, but flirting...nah. So, though I'm not putting it past an instance where you might run into someone with homosexual tendencies, I would, even for 2023, doubt that a guy saying you look nice and having twinkle eyes means they want you. Love the content bruh.

    • @marissawalker2096
      @marissawalker2096 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      @AustonHolleman they outlawed so it doesn't become an issue with all of the influx of foreigners. It exists but you may be misinterpreting it..but no one can change your perception and your experience. Your experience and interpretation is what it is.

    • @Jah_Kobi
      @Jah_Kobi 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Nah bro, I'm not saying it's non-existent-I would even say the community is "growing" here. I'm rather just shedding light on the fact that though some of your encounters may come off as homosexual in nature, my experience in this country has shown me that is not necessarily the case and how people greet and interact here can be very different from what we've experienced growing up in the US.
      For example, you may happen to see men holding hands while walking. Though this is something you would just about ONLY see with gay men in the West, in Ghana this has been a sign of close friendship in the culture.

    The beauty of Intermittent Fasting is that it makes you comfortable with being uncomfortable, because all throughout the day you have a little feeling of being hungry but as long as your hydrating properly (*I recommend an electrolyte like LMNT) you’ll be just fine. The interest thing is, when you finally eat you don’t even pig out and you eat the normal size portion of what you would regularly eat at that time.

    One mistakes most Black Americans go through is not linking themselves to a Ghanaian when they visits Ghana. You spends thousands of dollars in hotels for few days and just wasting money instead of letting a honest Ghanaian guide you to rent a descent apartment for like 1000 dollars for the whole year or sometimes even more than a year.
    In doing so the room will still be there for you anytime you feel like revisiting
    This worries me when people are saying Ghana is expensive.
    100 dollars can get you food stuffs and vegetables for like 3 weeks than eating in the restaurants and wasting money.
    Seek for guidance from a genuine Ghanaian before coming to Ghana and it will help you. If you need a help too let me know.
