Didn't the Pierce County prosecutor refuse to charge the officers? Didn't the independent review investigative panel refuse to recommend charges against the officers? This is at least the 4th time the AG office has lost cases involving charges against cops. Maybe listen to these independent review boards more.

Here's a little advice for blacks who persist in breaking the law. Then fighting and disobeying police officers doing their sworn job to arrest you. Since the percentages point to black offenders in similar cases like this, So the advice would be, stay off drugs, dont break the law, obey the officers commands, so exactly what they tell you even if you feel you didn't do anything. It will get rectified. And if you can talk, you can breathe. Officers do not get up in the morning hoping they are going to kill or hurt someone. Dummy up everyone and stay alive.
