I think the 2000 championship run is very underrated for Kobe, and so is 2002. Honestly, all of them were GOAT level championship runs.

Personally I can't tell which was better. But I like his game more during 2009. Yes anyone can argue that 2001 version was more athletic, more explosive and probably a bit stronger.
