Exactly bro; in the service place what I sent it more then twice they used MacBooks to test it out; and not issue was founded… mine is a windows laptop full made of plastics. So I think the MacBook case made in metal is the key for it. My solution in my last video about it was; cutting the ground in the laptop charger and it’s all good running well
Why are the speakers connected to the laptop and not just directly to the controller? Also have you tried A heavy duty surge protector? Something like a Furman SS6B.
really check the laptop what in my case is the laptop charger it doesnt come grounded, i can play doing scratch without any issue if the laptop is unplugged
@@gypsyofcruzzi have the problem too in my ddj 800. i m not sure is the controller problem or grounding problem. i m only can scratch when the song is stop. the jog wheel become nudge mode when i scratch during the song playing. the bpm keep on changing at beat fx screen on ddj 800
hello my friend,to solve this problem with the noise of the charger put some electric tape and cover the ground metal clips on the male socket of the charger ,so when you plug it in the female power socket the ground metal part will not make any contact together ,cheers!
I have this issue on my Flex-6 can fix this use isolate Di box because can up ground life for cut ground but noise from charger cut of ground on adapter can fix this issue
Hello bro; in my case I explained all in my last video; it was the laptop charger in the end I just cut the ground in the charger and it’s running well so far. How I said in the video the isolator worked but just when the laptop was unplugged I was using the controller fine til the battery died; but it’s not fine cos in the moment you need charge the laptop the controller will start again to do the same noises or stop working the jog plate. So better cut the ground from the charger it will not affect anything in your laptop.
Also I found a video on TH-cam the guy was showing a product what isolate the data and the power from the same usb cable to separate one; it not was for this controller but the isolated the signal And the audio was clear
@@hasanaslanmusic well what I learned from it; what’s causing this issue is the ground ; can be the charger like in my case ; can be the speakers if the are powered also; I have all the cables balanced; so cables are not the problem ; then the controller is connected to a mixer what is a Yamaha mg06x then to the speakers the laptop is muted it just use the usb from the laptop to get the power and data from recordbox software. But in my case was the charger when it was unplugged works wonderful but plugged not; so it was the problem cut and done .. you need go step by step and try every little detail cos it can be something what you have from of you and you are not paying attention , I’m sure it’s ground but is your task to find it out
Yes. In my case was it. These gaming laptops they are not good for music prod, or dijing it make too noise and grounding. So in my case was my laptop charger. For djing now I’m using Mac. Or if you like windows use a normal one. Nothing like huge laptop with gaming graphics it’s not needed. And what do is more problems.
@@gypsyofcruzz I'm having the issue when I'm using my MacBook Air strangely enough, regardless of if its plugged in or not, tried it with my pc and the issue went away.
When you unscrew the rear cover, the plates are left uncovered, just remove the pressure springs from the plate with the fixing mechanism and then, slowly turning the plate, you will see that the holes coincide with the fixing screws of said plate, remove them and push the plate out
