I've seen a video where Ali said when asked about the movie rocky what he thought he reply that rocky is based on Joe Frazier life at that time maybe that was true but when watching all of rocky movies that story is way bigger than a boxer. Sly wrote in my opinion the best story of life everybody loves the character Rocky even Sly himself.
When times are tough I often think of what Mickies ghost said "As we get older slowly we begin to loose.we loose our friends our loved ones, little by little . With you kid I got a lot of motivation to stick around." Rocky isn't just about boxing its a testament to continue on.
Without Rocky I wouldn't have been able to move forward after my fathers suicide, the death of my mother from heartbreak after finding my Dad hanging, being sexually assaulted at 16 and left pregnant and afraid. I thank him for his motivational words. I'm 39 now and can face anything with a smile and the passion for life.

I just want to thank Sylvester Stallone for inventing Rocky and saving my life. I was going to commit suicide can I watch this video when Adrian talks to Rocky how about losing his family. I love my family and I did not follow through with it it.
I am hoping to get back boxing I used to box but I ruined it by turning to drinking and drugs because of trauma in my life the pain of losing my girlfriend and my son really broke me but thankfully I am 7 months clean from heroin the only thing that has to go now is the drink I am a broken hearted man
