- Melanie's first ever cavern dive in Dos Ojos, Mexico... with Steve Martin and videographer Jason Renoux. This video is shot solely with the GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition using a light and motion Sola 2000 video light, video setting's on Hero 3 were 1080/30 fps with pro-tune turned off. I was literally going to say, "Well that certainly was not shot with a GoPro"... then I read the description. What a difference a good light makes. Nice job.

Great video! Brings back memories when i was there in 2006! i remember that alligator snackin on that barbie LOL! and also the sign at the entrance on the right side that said "you WILL die if you go this way" haha that's a great way to make sure people follow the rope and the rules! Diving in Cenotes is an AMAZING experience and NOTHING like open water diving. I recommend every diver try it at least once, it is worth it. It is a little creepy being underground but that creepiness gives you an adrenaline rush making the experience that much better! If you have the opportunity to do this then take it!
