+David Çipriano same here. what i'm going to try to do is remember the position of the first chord and then the second one and repeatedly try to switch finger positions in between until I get the hang of it and then add on the third one and repeat until I get faster at it. One thing I have a problem is resting my fingers on the chords I feel like they don't fit well when doing Dm.
Here’s a trick after playing one chord, when u try to switch one to the next by removing your whole hand to go on to the next one. Move the fingers closest to the next chord smoothly without removing your hand from the original position so it’ll take you less time and the more u practice the better you’ll get

Instead of open on the E and C strings (2nd and 3rd strings) with the 3rd fret (C) on the 1st string, there are two options: 1) you play open 2nd and 4th string (with the C on 1st string), but this changes the picking pattern, or 2) you play 3rd fret on the 2nd string and 4th fret on the 3rd string (with the C on 1st string).

Hello there ! While re-learning this song, it seems to me that in the movie version, it's not a Cmaj that is played. I have achieved a similar sound with a 0-4-3-3 chord, anybody knows the name of that chord ?
Do I complete a strumming pattern to change the chords or I keep changing the chords in the middle of the strumming? This gets me really confused to synchronize! Thank you

It's a Soprano uke. And yes, they're what most people have, but if you have larger hands, (Like I do) I would recommend a concert
