Zom 100 seems like a pretty interesting take on the zombie genre! Which is saying something, because zombie stories are pretty well played out. As far as cozy anime goes, you CANNOT beat Laidback Camp!

Hey Boogie! In currently collecting yona of the dawn, fullmetal alchemist fullmetal editions, hell's paradise, ajin, Hunter X Hunter,and chainsaw man. I honestly would say my limit on manga is 50 but if I go over that the limit changes to 100. Something cozy I like to make is bowtie pasta with some salmon mixed into it.

Picked up Knights of Sidonia and Blade of the Immortal this week. My average is about $300.00. Buying more, less often, has kept me from impulse buying and consider how I want to spend the money. This keeps me from impulse spending an allotted amount for the sake of it, and makes the purchase something nice I've worked for.

I think one of a my dream series to have in my collection would be the Tokyo Pop original release for Fruits Basket in a very good condition. I really like that translation more than the newer editions. As far as how big my hauls are hehe uh kinda big probably close to $250 a month until I run out of room on my shelves (getting kinda close) Anyways I love your videos cant wait to see what you have planned in the future!

Hey Boogie! I'm currently reading The Way of the Househusband and I'm absolutely loving it, definitely recommend it to anyone. About the manga shopping budget, mine is usually 25-30 dollars, it's not a lot, but I'm sticking to it cause I don't wanna spend a lot when having a bunch of unread titles. I don't have zom 100 in my collection yet cause it's been out of stock in my local bookstores for quite some time, but having the third volume will definitely make me search more for the rest of the series. Love your content and I hope you'll reach the 10k shortly :)

I just bought the first volume of zom 100 and my fiancé didn’t like it and I haven’t read it yet and probably won’t read it based on what she said about it but if I get the newest volume then that’ll force me to get the second and third volume and then might have to actually check it out haha love the content and definitely gonna check out some of your recommendations!

I'm currently trying to finish Kids on the Slope and Tokyo Babylon. Slowly buying volumes here and there since I'm a college student and can't go looking for a job rn. Horimiya might be a slice of life romance series, but it's a Shonen! I think it's part of the reason why so many people who aren't really into shoujo or that aren't really inclined to try works labeled as such find it really good ^^
My latest order had some volumes of Monster, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, plus my preordered copy of Fist of the North Star vol 2. And I'm excited for the newest volume of Wotakoi to come in! You bet I preorderd that one!
When I was young there were two series coming out that I really wanted. Last year I finally collected all of Madison Ikkoku, and the next one on my list is also GTO

I LOVE ZOM 100 just finished volume three and it’s so damn funny but more importantly it’s the anti-venom for the way too long Walking Dead zombie fad. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to read my four Walking Dead omnibus because it’s just so over exposed and over played . Holy grail manga series : Osamu Tezuka’s Black Jack all seventeen volumes with NO EX LIBRARY copies !!!!

Some people don't like the Shaman King spines but I think they look nice on your shelf. They stand out way more than the original singles.

I've absolutely been loving zom100 and plan to order volume 4 soon. As for things I've been able to pick up recently. I managed to get ahold of all the neon genesis evangelion 3-in-1, and I've managed to find most of fire punch(finding anything fujimoto is difficult recently). I've recently started reading one piece on the jump website, and I'm gonna try to start collecting it soon. Most of it seems to be fairly avaliable the only one that seems hard to find right now is volume 4.
My favorite cozy anime to watch is By the Grace of the Gods. It is a fun wholesome anime and I recommend it. Also I would like the zom 100 volume because I have wanted to start collecting it.

QOTD: i haven't gotten any manga this month since im kinda saving money for university tuition fees but when I'm in the mood to get some manga hauls i usually spend 200zł or more (which is around 50$ for you guys) since manga here is cheap here in Poland with 5$ a volume that are retail price. Been collecting for 4 years and i sit around 200+ volumes.

When you think about collecting a series that's harden to find, how do you find yourself collecting the volumes? Single by Single or do you buy in bulk off others?
if a series was especially hard to find the best approach is to buy every volume you find. for example if you suddenly just happen upon a random volume in a store, buy it because you might not find it again for a long time.
Holy grails have to be the fullmetal editions for fma,dorohedoro,and as wild as it is - berserk!
Nichijou is awesome! It’s so funny and so well drawn. If you like absurd kind of comedy it’s a great time, I love that kind of weird stuff so I picked up everything the author’s done. If you enjoy it, I would highly recommend CITY too. So great.

I'm currently collecting Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Monthly Girl's Nozaki-kun (highly recommend if you love comedy romance), and Witch Hat Atelier (another one I highly recommend if you love fantasy).
Since I'm a college student working a crappy part-time job, my max budget for hauls is around $60-$80.

I've never really had a manga haul. I live in Vietnam where manga are super affordable and released frequently so I just buy directly at the store whenever there are new volumes.

I honestly can’t remember what I have been hauling recently but I just placed an order so I can catch up to Twin Star Exorcists and Nagatoro (enjoying both of them quite a bit) my budget before this month was between 75-90 dollars but now it’s 40-50 dollars as I am trying to save money to get Tokyo Ghoul manga box sets as for why I want Zom 100? I love the walking dead style series so what you said kind of sold me on it ofc I’d need to get volume 1 and 2 but that’s fine!

I stopped reading Quintessential quintuplets after volume 13. I remember it vividly. Got to the last page and saw who Fuutarou picked and was so mad that the girl I wanted to win out didn't.
Mind you this was the very first harem-style manga I've ever read and I don't know how people do it especially when their favorite girl loses.
Opus is so so good because it's intriguing, weird, and if you're a creative person, like a writer or artist,etc, makes you feel some kind of way!

I usually read the series online and if I want it physical, I'll just go out and grab it. I currently grabbed 1-10 of Citrus and the first 3 of Citrus+, preordered the newer volumes of Rent-a-Girlfriend & Shikimori is Not Just Cute, and found a set of Saikano. My usual haul when I buy will be somewhere between 100-250 depending on what I want to grab at the moment.

Holy grail I'm trying to piece together Rave Master Hiro Mashima's work before fairy tail I grew up reading it and I'm slowly collecting it but some of the volumes are expensive now Kodansha did the final 3 volumes as an omnibus once Tokyo pop went under and I'm really hopeing it gets a reprint much like shaman king which I also grew up reading
Nice haul! Didn't know the fourth Shaman King omni came out, I will have to grab it soon! I have been finishing up my InuYasha omnibus collection and getting more volumes of To Your Eternity recently. :) As far as a budget goes, I don't have one exactly lol I think I buy more when there are sales on series I've been considering awhile. I do keep up with ~3-4 new releases each month, and then random hauls from eBay/Right Stuf. And I would love to try Zom 100 if picked for it! I almost picked up this series when I was in Barnes & Noble the other week, but decided to wait.
Satoshi Kon’s Opus is one of my favorite in my collection, I think the story in the manga as well as the story behind the final chapter is amazing. Very excited to see you pick it up
My typical monthly manga haul is about €220 (around $250) - I usually do it in two large parts, depending on when stuff is published. Thankfully, I can save some money on English manga, since they don't have fixed prices, but I always have to pay retail for the German volumes, fixed book prices are a curse, but also a blessing for small businesses, and I would really miss my comic books store.

I don't have a lot of series that are considered rare. But one I do have is the complete 10 volumes of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, which is a very interesting and good manga if you havent heard about it/ read it. I've also been slowly collecting Battle Royale even though I know the translation is apparently cheeks.
Usually 100 for each manga haul for me. Last 3 were over 200 though.
At the moment, my holy grail manga that I hope to collect at some point is Lone Wolf and Cub, I've been on the lookout for a set at a reasonable price, good luck on collecting GTO!
As someone with all the HxH volumes, this is just one of those series where I prefer the anime adaptation. The manga is good, but the art is inconsistent and you're sometimes inundated with a wall of expository text. But, as others have pointed out, there's a really awesome fight that wasn't animated and I'd highly recommend you read it in some form (vol. 34 if you're reading physically, chapter 351 onwards if you're digital)

Holy Grails have to be all of Rave Master (I have the first 10) and the Code Geass Manga. I own volumes 1 thru 7 however the final volume I've seen go for upwards of $500 on Amazon & eBay

A series I want to get into is Angel Sanctuary (the box set is on Amazon) I have three volumes right not but not volume one. Another series I want to get the final volume for is 船上のアラビアンナイト I own the first two volumes and want the last one so I can read all three straight through. I also want to at least get the second volume of 我が名は狼 (うるふ) (My Name is Wolf) the final volume is either out of print or it changed publishers but the series is from the 1980s though. Great video and haul. I want to get Given Volumes 6&7 plus the art book along with a few box sets (from book off).
Hey boogie just started to collect manga and watching your visions the other day I ordered volumes 1-5 of Assasination classroom it was $50.
My holy grail is the Assassination Classroom boxset. I’m going to have to wait until next tax return to get it, but damn I cannot wait.
