Having an elevator is not merely a 'convenience' on a yacht, especially on a four decker. Many who could afford to charter a yacht are older folks, and for many of us, resisting the walking of multiple flights of stairs is not simply a matter of laziness, it is a matter of pain.
Not just that…if you have public lounging areas on upper decks…getting food and drinks up there without an elevator or at least a dumb waiter is a nightmare for the crew
Will the vendors indemnify the purchaser against Disability Discrimination actions. Lawyers will be rubbing their hands. Clearly disability is a joke to this presenter.
I agree, for a small channel there was a lot to commend. I would recommend however that the camera person not so fixate on the presenter. Yes, B roll was often used to reference what was being referred to, but frequently the presenter would refer to something off camera, and the visuals remained steadfastly fixated on the presenter. We are watching to see the yacht, not the presenter. Disengage the presenter lock, pan the area the presenter is presenting.
I noticed many yachts are configured with the owners deck or at least primary cabin are located under the bridge. I wonder if you can hear bridge personnels footsteps?
I’m sure it is a very smart and comfortable yacht. Sadly lacking the wow factor though, for such a large yacht. It looks like a very nice hotel. But I wouldn’t want to live in a very nice hotel for a week or two. Especially at charter rates. The cinema room was underwhelming. Just a big TV on the wall. They should perhaps just call it a TV room. 😂
You are right, many new yachts now look more like hotels, or in fact this is pretty indistinguishable from any London or New York penthouse apartment featured on TH-cam. I guess you could say that wealth is more often than not heavily correlated with bad taste
There are two types of yacht videos to be found on TH-cam; yacht walkthroughs, and charter promotions. A yacht walkthrough will show among other things, engine room(s), crew areas, captain's quarters, and yes of course the all important galley. A charter promotion will usually only show those areas a guest will frequent. This video was a bit odd in that it is obviously a charter promotion, but for some reason showed the engine room, leading us to wonder why we weren't being shown the rest.
Good presentation but some things need to be improved like showing those areas that you're pointing out immediately and not sticking the presenter. Overall, it's a good review and a good presentation. Keep up the good work and I believe you will be like AQUAHOLIC level of subs one day...
Great looking yacht, but does the owners deck really need like 6 or so seating areas, seems like you could find a better use of space, bigger gym, yoga studio, private theater, sauna, steam room, etc.
I remeber when this was launched and Justin Ratcliffe did a piece on it for one of the channels he is on, amd theN Fraser did one of their walk through vidoes. Yourss is better.
70 million for this when you could get a much more beautiful ship like the Lurssens The Leona or ISA vintage for that little bit more but the quality of those ships externally but especially interior design is worlds better than this

I agree that on a yacht this size an elevator is mandatory as is a swimming pool and a helipad.
100%

It's up to the owners choice.. I'd have a sauna and a games room
Mr. Windmill : too much moving the arms.
Thats me!
@@adriansooos1420 👍😎👍
Who visit these stuff? Who could be guests in such places? 😮
You skimmed the terrace outside the owner's bedroom, then showed the engine room, but completely ignored the galley. 🤦♂
Pool caught my eye and do not like it. Don't like Jacuzzi either. Does not seem to have a Bar?
👍👍👍❤️

8:07 why is the toilet paper like a metre in front of the toilet? how the fuck are you meant to reach that sitting down?

The POOL is a glorified hot tub Too small
Nobody needs a pool on a yacht.
Waving his arms like a third level musical actor…
How do I level up?
The interior looks awful, like a retirement home 😂
horrible boring scandinavian interior and furniture design , total lack of luxury for a yacht of this size and price
completely overdone. who needs a boat to be a hotel besides boring rich people?
