If they did that again but used a concrete ramp that didn't break, the giant tire would have won. The crumbling of the ramp absorbed a lot of the energy and ruined the competition.
mechanic stuff, such as drifting, circuit racing, drag racing, world rally championship, 24 hours of le mans... hope our girlfriends don't know this stuff 😅
So if I were to interpret this right, the six tires are... 1) Kei car tire 2) Sedan tire 3) Sports car tire 4) 10t truck tire 5) F1 tire 6) Heavy machinery tire
I don't remember any of the equations for physics but there's gotta be a cut off point for where the speed gained with the extra weight is outweighed (heh heh) by the speed the tyre drops? Though I guess that would be if you were landing on flat land after you leave the ramp and not a slope... Someone please I wanna se the maths ;_;
Actually, all the tires drop at the same speed (ignoring air resistance) because the only downwards acceleration is due to gravity which ignores mass. Regarding Preflight: - More weight means more friction which reduces speed. - More surface area also means more friction which also reduces speed.
@@danielalorbiCorrection, as things get bigger the surface area to volume ratio decreases, thus decreasing the relative air friction. As a result, if there is a heavier tire and everything else is equal it should perform better. Though there would of course be diminishing returns.
This is a sport where our Nyan can shine for sure, best sport ever lol

FUCK YEA, TIRES
LOL

First one is kei car tire. It's a class of cars with a strict maximum size and engine capacity. Kei cars are taxed less and don't go as fast.
@@thevivianbrun Oh like the Honda City or the Mazda 323?
@@theartoftimelapsemore424 More like Honda Beat or Autozam AZ-1, they are tiny with like 660cc engines

@@danielalorbi oooh shit yeah you right. Gravity is a constant. This is why I barely passed Mechanics1 in 6th form ^_^'

Nice to see you back after a month

“F1 tires suck ass”
The F1 community: Indeed. It is as you have guessed.
