The fact that he is wearing his dad's hat really added to the emotional depth of this video. Fantastic conclusion to a series that still holds up as being revolutionary on all levels.

14:00 I remember seeing this and I think this was the moment I realized how much I loved this family for keeping this series going for nearly 4 years. Not just the parents and brother, but all the extended family members who appeared in the series over that time. Really shows how loving, supportive and talented they all are in creating this masterpiece of a series. Hats off to all of them 👏👏👏

You know, this series even though it was fake, it was a big part of my childhood, and looking back on it now that I'm 18, it really helped me get through the rough time with my abusive stepdad. Thank you Jesse, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Keep it rigid man

Honestly, is something that helped you get through something bad really fake?
Personally, having grown up with a violent dad I felt the series was kind of a mockery of people who go through abuse and I thought the Jessie character was such a bloody brat, I mean my dad would try to drown me and stomp my face into the ground when I was five years old, that's only the tip or the iceberg, a lot of things I don't really want to revisit, I'm glad he's out of my life, meanwhile Jessie tries to call child protection as a grown man over a wet xbox.
But nevertheless I'm glad it helped you through an abusive relationship, I guess everyone sees it differently and I'm glad what you saw helped you cope.
It was a good series, but I really couldn't stand Jessie.

It's crazy to think that the series that were to come after this that involved the "snapping" of the fingers like The Devil Inside and MVE is just beyond any storyteller. I will personally give an outstanding applause to you Jess. I'll never forget the escape this brought me when I was at my lowest.
Many videos showed how Jess (Psycho kid) wanted to make a living playing videogames and use TH-cam as a job. I had this exact moment at one point as a kid and it couldn't have hit home to my sensitive heart than anything I've experienced throughout my lifetime so far. It was my mom and my grandma. My mom despised everything about videogames and trying to make a life off of it. I had to physically show her my AdSense at the time where I had exactly $32.41 out of the $100 threshold. I cried so much through my explanation of how it could be my dream. To this day, she still has yet to give me the chance. However, her and I don't talk much anymore. Hurts my heart a little sharing this story because it's so close to me, but I can't be more thankful than to Jesse. If it were not for you, I would have never had the inspiration to start creating.

I watched the whole series as a kid and it honestly still feels so real, the ending with the camera falling was the moment young me realised it was the end of a potential award winning script.

I consider many things as part of my childhood: the games that I have played as a kid, the movies I have watched, the most special and specific moments I have lived ever since the year 2000, etc. Now it's sunday, 28 of August of 2022, and I'm so glad that I found the "Psycho Series" at the time where it was almost only 2 videos yet. I followed every step of the way and I had many emotions felt for these series. The ups and downs of all this made me feel be a part of it, made me worry, feel happy, angry, sad, and many other things. Summarizing the previous idea: I believed it, and I was so glad to see this video and confirm that it was all a show by all of you guys, the Ridgway family.
To finalize, I'm happy for all that you guys have done, and I'm more happy to put the Psycho Series as a part of my childhood. Thank you McJuggerNuggets, thank YOU for everything.
PS: I actually believed these series so hard/much, that I actually once reported a video of BigBrudda, where Jeffrey was shooting fireworks at the parking lot of your house😂😅 Sorry for the report, but as I said, this was just so convincing!😆 Love you all!

My dad passed away in February of 2019. Watching Jesse hug his dad at the end, showing that it’s all just a show and they love and care fo eachother so much made me cry.

I've been a hater the whole time. Now that I know for sure it was all entertainment and for fun I really respect Jesse. This was years and years of hard work scripting and even just coming up with this plot is crazy. You definitely deserve all the money and fame you Have gained. Everything was for the show and your fans. Even though there was sometimes that seemed a little fishy there was always that doubt like maybe this was all real. I hope that you can pursue your dreams and live a great life with no worries about money because of what you came up with early in life. I really respect you and give props to your work. Almost going to be 7 years since the series ended. I already left a comment but I really wanted to make a new one just to emphasize how AMAZING this series was. It had everything a drama needed, and it did it with basically a shoe string budget. Jesse you are a master at filmmaking, you really are. I started watching you ages ago, maybe around 2012? It was on and off though, it wasn't until 2014 when I really started being invested into your channel, which was right around when the psycho series was kicking up. Keep in mind I was like 10 or 9 in 2014, the series ended when I was around 12? So I was definitely a young viewer. It did have me believing if it was real, but then you had channels like "Is it real?" exposing you after the psycho kid gets arrested video which is when I started knowing it was fake, YET at small part of me still believed it was real....because I was seeing it happen, it was right there, and everyone made it seem so believable...Thats what amazing storytelling does, it keeps you immersed and it takes you to a different world to where everything in that world IS real.
It's now 2023, I'm going to be 20 later this year. Life moves fast, and its scary, this series reflected it perfectly. The expectations, the realities, everything was captured in this series. It really did deserve awards and praise. I can't say it enough, well done Jesse. I do hope YOU are doing great, remember not to fall under the pressure of expectations especially when it comes to being a creator. Look out for yourself, always! Keep it RiDGiD
I Just finished watching this entire series again for the first time since it originally ended. I was 15 when I began watching this; I’m now 24, and I still consider this the best thing that’s ever graced TH-cam and there will never be anything else like it. Not going to lie, I only started watching Jesse's videos this year but they became something that I loved to watch. I knew somewhere deep down that the series would have to end soon but now that its gone I feel like a part of my life will be different now. The psycho series was something I committed to watching every day, and those 20-60 minutes were always memorable. People complain about the feeling they have after their favourite tv show ends well this, McJuggerNuggets, was something more than that. It had a deeper plot line than any tv show Ive watched and better acting as well. I guess what im trying to say is... Thank you Jesse and the Ridgeway family you guys did amazing - you had half the youtube community fooled - I wish you the best of luck for the future and know that we will always be by your side.

Man, this guy is an inspiration. This series inspired me to create a TH-cam channel and gave me the motivation to stick with it. And now, ironically enough, creating videos is my part time job!
I began rewatching the entire series just over two years ago and finished it tonight. As I’ve worked on my videos, I’ve put the psycho series playlist on in the background and it’s perfect. I’m really fascinated with Jesse’s character development over the course of the series, and that’s not something I noticed when I first watched the series when I was 13. He starts off as a normal guy who just wants to play video games, but then gradually evolves into a psychopath because of his relentless, controlling father.
And also, I found that the amount of foreshadowing in this series is insane😂
But anyway, thanks for everything Jesse. This series is a true masterpiece.❤️
I've seen all the main 50 psycho series videos back in the day but this is the first time I have ever totally finished the full series and this was an absolute work of art. Jesse, Im sure you wont read this but I have to say you might be the most talented and ingenious directors I have ever watched. The way this series came together from start to finish over full years in real life is genuinely mind blowing. It was closer towards the end that I started to actually realize how every video had its purpose through the whole series and it was all just tied in so seamlessly. Phenomenal job on this 🙏

6 years later and it’s still so deep!! I remember watching this being 16 years old. I’m now almost 23. It’s truly a masterpiece, the creativity and genius behind making it is unmatched honestly 👏👏👏well done Jesse. And what makes it even more unique than anything else is the fact that it can’t be re done by anyone else ever again. It was portrayed as real at the time which is what makes it so special and of that, people won’t be able to redo that today because TH-cam would shoot it down, it wouldn’t survive if it was getting told as real. Back then TH-cam loved this and pushed and recommended it. simply ONE OF A KIND. I feel so blessed to have watched it as it came out. As I watch this 6 years later I still get a tear in my eye in those last few seconds as “ridgid studios” comes up and those last few notes of battlecry ring out…. It still gets me😭

Plus the emotional roller coaster this series has been is amazing, this video put it all to an extremely sorrowful ending.😭 thanks Jess for molding my childhood and your must be insane dedication for the series, I always found the development of your own character you played to be such a masterpiece. Revelation 1:8 says that Jesus is the alpha and the omega. Luke and revelation is the ending times, and Jesus is returning back. So are you going to submit your life to him or no? Narrow is the path that leads to the gates of heaven, but only few people find it. The gates that is the path to destruction is where many people find it! Jesus loves you SO MUCH! That he died on the cross, and was resurrected from the dead 3 days later to give us eternal life.. znz
returning to this just brings me back to watching this whole series as it was actually happening. the psycho series was and still is one of the coolest and most impressive things i’ve seen done on the internet

Jesse idk if you’ll read this but I just wanted to say I’ve been here through the beginning I remember every day after school I would come home and watch your videos and be so inspired to do better and learn from your mistakes like everyone else has been saying looking back the psycho series is a masterpiece I go back and watch it once a year to remind me how simple life was back in the day I’m about to turn 18 and this has gotten me through a lot of tough times goes to show anyone can follow their dreams keep doing what you love we all appreciate you❤️

6 years ago, and this still hits hard. Shows how creativity and just one ounce of hope can create such a beautiful work of art. Congrats on all of your success Jesse. Absolutely will never forget the series. I was 14 when this ended man, and its still so vivid.
This series remains one of the most innovative and incredible things I’ve ever seen, by far the greatest thing I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. When I was younger there was that small part of me that believed it was real. Watching this as it came out from start to finish was incredible. That moment at the end when Jesse hugs his dad was just surreal.

Gonna be turning 21 in 2 months crazy how much I was able to relate to the series with the whole aspect of others telling you to do something and resentment for wanting to do what you love! Thank you so much for putting a life struggle most people have into a similar perspective, much respect!
I was 13-14 when I first started watching the Psycho series... I'm now back here at 20 years of age, with a tear rolling down my face knowing that this was probably the best thing to come back from school and watch. Memories are just flashing through my eyes. My dad showed me my 1st psycho series video on Facebook years ago when the lawn mower video went viral. Since then I was hooked. I related to this series in so many ways and I honestly cant thank you enough jessie. You make masterpieces and I cant wait to see your movie. Keep safe and healthy but most importantly keep it rigid 🍻
