wanted to practice speedpaint! did this with several items around my room.
Messed up the render at the end but it took forever to actually render the damn thing and upload so if you'd like I have a high quality download here :D

Never been the biggest speedpaint kind of guy (just never really clicked with me I want to see the nuts and bolts of what goes into art), but it's very cool to see it wizz past so many points and seeing the backtracking done at times to flesh out what will become the final design. And what a cool design it is, feeling very book-cover in it's nature, with a wonderful colour pallet which keeps it's scope limited yet gets the maximum amount out of each splash on the canvas, and the rough harsh outlines as some colours spill over give it an all to human quality.
Just simply some lovely work all around, hope you have a lovely one and keep up the great work :)

It’s fucking sick seeing how you draw. I like how you drew over yourself just to get the basic shapes and hands, I do that as well but sometimes I trace just a bit too much and I don’t like that.
This piece is great! I got notified for it on Ko-Fi and went “that’s a DAMN good piece!”

watching speedpaints helps me to combat the idea that a finished portrait has to have perfect lines. and the result speaks for itself. nice work punkitt!
