@@Chris_Bonner You can play with words all you want this piano is made in China using sub standard components (compared to what Steinway use on their own branded pianos) in a factory which produces lots of other branded pianos. Steinway do this to make money in the middle to lower end of the market.
@@theadventureinsider I have no issue with the piano its the way in which it is marketed i.e. Steinway put their name to it and instantly it becomes something it isn't. I'm pleased you like the piano
@@johnellis3244 Steinway but the blueprints for the Essex and Boston pianos. They put them out for cheaper alternatives that can still ensure great quality. Boston is made by Kawai which is also a great brand. And yes you are right about Essex being a made in China piano, but it kinda debunks some of the quality stereotypes.

@@johnellis3244 I have the EGP 155-C Classic, exactly the same as this, the quality is actually incredible for the price point.
