Nice winters walk and always a great way to blow the cobwebs away and completely feel revitalised. I go to the gym 3 times every week but walk every day (and still cannot lose weight) and I know which one is better for my mind, body and soul, cheers Alan

Hi , I used to go gym 3 times a week to do a bit of weights , but stopped during covid and never got round to joining again , I just have a few weights at home now , I do my walking for more weight control than weight loss, I enjoy my food and a pint so the walking is how I counteract that and also great for my mental wellbeing. I've had a look at your channel , great stuff! just subscribed 🙂

Cheers Pal , its a supernatural hotspot . Ive been up with mates a few times and we have witnessed some odd things , I will do a full video explaining it all at some point . I have covered bits and bobs about it in the past , but it would be good to get it all in one video

Thank you , one of the stories is that witches used to go up there and take parts from the dead men who had been hung there for spells . one spell called hand of glory. Hope you have a nice weekend 🙂

I love it up on the moors, you can feel the history beneath your feet. The old names fascinate me, who were the people? What did the words name? When was it?

Yes me too , Its like a super gym, great physically , also great for the mind and soul .Lots of landscape words from Viking times , Dale , Dyke, Fell, Ghyll , Grains, Knott, Mire, Moss, Nab, Pike, Scar are some of the ones Ive encountered close to me, If Im walking solo when I get onto some of the remote moor tops its like a deep meditation to me
