Hi, I wanted to put a word of appreciation and Thanks to the instructors and organisers of this channel for all the effort and great content that helped me prepare for my test. I took my test last Sunday and got my results yesterday. I got good results and it made my day. I watched most of the videos on speaking and two of the videos on writing and that's all the preparation and resources I took for my test as I was really short of time. Thank you Brandy for all the speaking tips and guidance. I got 9 for speaking , 11 in writing and 12 for listening and reading. Really recommend this channel and resources for all the future test takers. Thanks Teena
Thanks Brandi for such amazing content on language skill test. All videos on your channel are truly helpful to prepare and come through with flying colors! Thanks Celpip team @ Paragon.
Although, I really appreciate your initiative for helping aspiring candidates of CELPIP, yet I would admire you more, if you reduce the price of study material i.e. practice tests 🤝
Is it a good idea to focus on the first question first, then skim the 4 paragraphs, then proceed with the second question when I get the answer correctly, I'll proceed with the 2nd question? Thank you!
I am confused in the part 3 example, few newcomers should be almost no newcomer, it indicates negative, while in paragraph A “immigrants to Canada are often “ should indicate all immigrants, and it is positive, therefore they are not exactly the same meaning. Can anyone tell the difference?
Part 3. Few newcomers... If it said "Most of newcomers..." or "Newcomers...", then I would like to go for the option A as an answer of this question. However, it said "Few newcomers..." and it confused me quite a lot as I thought "Few newcomers" means "almost none of newcomers". It means totally different from the first paragraph. This "Few" is kind of negative word that misled me.
