seeing now - present moment awareness.
waking up to the present moment where Enlightenment lives.
Here we drop beneath the illusion of you and find a deeper place of peace and freedom - liberating you from psychological suffering. These are contemplations of your essential nature. Enlightenment, liberation, and nondual realisation are not goals to be achieved, they are names that describe the state of being that remains once you’ve burned away objectivity, and all that’s left is subjectivity. You then see through the illusion of your self. Contemplation and self-enquiry are ways to concentrate, or recollect, your Higher Self, bringing you into the present moment and a release from overthinking, stress, anxiety, and depression. These videos explore who you are and point to your true nature. This is a liberation ontology, a recognition that we identify as the false self and that the only way to the true Self is through metaphysical transcendence.

    Brilliant and so accurate!
The sky as background, not as a thing, really helps one reposition themselves in the observer's perspective.. thank you Colin :)

I read your book and the end really hit home. Literally home! Just as you intended, right?
    Great book!
I did say I'd let you know what i thought a while ago.
Thanks from the emptiness in recognition of itself.
Paradox is what 'we' are. Something and nothing existing together. The un- enlightened being is the state of only being aware of the thingness. Not realising that thingness and no thingness are two sides of the same phonomena which are both 'us'.... Is this true? This is from the perception 'here'.

Thanks for your wonderful feedback. The book’s ending is something that happened organically in the moment - I’m not sure where it came from; that’s not to say I didn’t spend hours and hours fine-tuning every single word, sentence and paragraph once the idea came to me. When I receive great reviews and feedback such as yours I’m so glad I spent over a decade writing the manuscript - it really was a labour of love.
This dance between being and non being, between every-thing and no-thing, between emptiness and becoming, is what we call life. Your description says the same thing very succinctly - our life is a paradox, we are oneness manifesting separation: to be subjectively aware is separation. However, we are at the same time the awareness/consciousness before separation - the I before I am: The Absolute, the Tao, the Atman, the Divine. The intuitive recognition at an experiential level ( not intellectual understanding) is self-realisation/Enlightenment. However, there’s No Path to Enlightenment - so catch yourself every time you chase it.
