seeing now - present moment awareness.
waking up to the present moment where Enlightenment lives.
Here we drop beneath the illusion of you and find a deeper place of peace and freedom - liberating you from psychological suffering. These are contemplations of your essential nature. Enlightenment, liberation, and nondual realisation are not goals to be achieved, they are names that describe the state of being that remains once you’ve burned away objectivity, and all that’s left is subjectivity. You then see through the illusion of your self. Contemplation and self-enquiry are ways to concentrate, or recollect, your Higher Self, bringing you into the present moment and a release from overthinking, stress, anxiety, and depression. These videos explore who you are and point to your true nature. This is a liberation ontology, a recognition that we identify as the false self and that the only way to the true Self is through metaphysical transcendence.

I just ordered both of your books. What you say comes down to correcting the mistake we make in every dream: we identify with the person and regard the rest as other(s). Each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize our mistake: we were the whole dream, all of it. Consciousness is all there is. Any dream appears in consciousness, is experienced by consciousness and consists of consciousness. Would you say that life is also a dream?

Life is both real and unreal. Enjoy the books, and thank you,

@@seeingnow Did you ever have a dream that was both real and unreal? I understand that you are worried about who might be reading this (potential clients). I was hoping for a serious response. I will move on.

I'm not worried about who will be reading this - and being serious is not necessary.

@@seeingnow 'Would you say that life is a dream?' and 'Did you ever have a dream that was both real and unreal?' are two clear questions that you chose to evade. That is telling. And 'being serious is not necessary' is baffling to me. You don't even care to explain that statement. What are you trying to convey? Why are you being so evasive, what is your fear? Ramana and Nisargadatta were crisp, clear and fearless. Your answers are vague and evasive.

Thank you for pointing out my shortcomings. I will endeavour to answer your questions with the care and attention they deserve: I would say that my dreams feel very real until I awake and then they are seen as unreal. This is the dilemma, because when I’m dreaming there is the experience of a reality that seems as real as my waking state. And then I awake and I dismiss the dream as unreal. I have a sense that when we die and return to the Absolute there may be a similar revelation: that our life was a dream. So when I say Life is both real and unreal, I am saying its real in the relative world of separation (the personal realm) and unreal from the perspective of the Absolute (effort less being / impersonal realm). Thank you for your perseverance and patience, sometimes I can be very blunt and appear uncaring - something I may have in common with Nisargadatta, and this attitude can be the opposite of helpful for the seeker. Please do ask any further questions or clarifications and I will do my best to answer them and show you the respect you deserve.

We seem to have 60.000 thoughts a day which comes down to 60 per minute. Most thoughts (95% or so) are not functional, negative and repetitive (ego). I presume you have a silent mind that is being monitored (almost) constantly for thoughts. Do you sometimes count your thoughts to see how silent it has become?

Thoughts appear, some are more persistant than others
