Solo Spring Overnighter | In Search of Balance

I often find myself caught between two extremes: spending excessive time either outdoors or indoors. Just as easily as I spend hours riding my bike, I can become completely immersed in screen time work for days on end, which isn't exactly the healthiest habit. That's why earlier this year-knowing I’d be dealing with longer periods indoors-I made a promise to myself: to go on a solo bike ride every season. And with spring in full swing in my region, it was the perfect motivation to go for another overnighter to help recover my adventurous spark.
