Experienced divorce attorney here. I approve of this video.
Truly a utopian relationship, everything is totally understood, communicated and won't at all reveal loopholes to be intentionally exploited in the future. Nope, certainly not. 😂
Ya, like what if one of her ex roommates was a guy?
the metrics are misguided misdirected and completely wrong this is worse than distopia or complete devoidance of human interaction and experience but also for subserviancy for fragility sustainment of narrow alignment with misinterpurted brute dictatorialism that we adopt thigns with no representative meaning as meaning and infact prequisetal installation of perception anyways your limiting your final potential living by someone elses playbook of astablished cultural confinements through a spam of endless resources to impose what enflates power
Until you get the lawyers out and they start picking holes in it.
Valid points: The good side is that the contract lays the foundation on the basics. If you want to exploit loopholes, etc, you're not serious and should just move on. Nowadays, some people need clarity as to what is expected of them.
Sounds like a solo endeavor to do it properly...
She said any ex roommate , would suck if she said “ you’re going to like him “
i believe that's not possible since that would have been a violation of section Q 3:55
@@ydid687 but that only involves 3 somes and orgies not intercourse in general. She could’ve found a loophole there .
Actually that stipulation was specifically for threesomes and orgies so under the terms of contract she could set him up with an ex roommate guy LOL
@@ydid687 That section Q was nicely negotiated
Section Q would only be applicable if more than two parties are involved, which doesn't appear to be the case here.
I love it. My dating life would so much simpler with that kind of contract signed before hand.
There's no reason you couldn't have the conversation. It's pretty standard in the poly community, among others. Needs both parties to have good communication skills and good intent but it's perfectly doable.
@@davidstorrs you're the example of why the contract is needed
An actual hilarious skit with clever writing. Awesome👍
Good contract, glad they READ and clarify everything ahead of time ! This actually important piece of any relationship.
That was hysterical. You 2 guys would make any lawyer proud
You're hilarious Nikki! Wishing you all the best. Thanks for making us laugh!
This reminds me of asking a 16 year old for her proof of ID before dating. Then you find out she's 13 with a fake ID.
“We don’t validate,” 😂 icing on the cake
“Section G please tell me that you found that quickly” lmao
Excellent! Planning ahead is always the key.
Randomly wobbling the pen during conversation was hilarious
As an actively dating male, I incorporating these ideas TODAY!!!
'excluding those i cant remember'
* rips up contract *
Thanks for your time
There'd be more lawyers. We already have too many.
Hashing things out at the start of a relationship, always makes it healthier.
I dont know how algorithms put me into this, but kinda better than hopeless sob story
Hahahahaha loved the acting chemistry between you two!
The “independent woman…” part is such so perfect 🫶 a date’s a date, handle it.
Honestly, this is reads more as an aspiration than a comedy sketch
Why not just ask Sheldon Cooper to draft it. It will be both perfect and fun🤣🤣🤣
Somewhere Sheldon Cooper is smiling 😊
This was epic back and forth! Nikki, you're a STAR!!!!
When you've never heard of Asia
This was awesomely creative and funny! Love it! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"You're gonna hate it - she's a dog!"
Yep, that pretty much sums it up these days.
He got a good deal🫡 I salute you, sir
Next time someone is flapping thier gums, I'm just going to start wiggling a pen at them 😂
I'm a lawyer - I do this at the outset of the exclusivity conversation re boundaries. I take on all financial costs for reasonable dates, including dinners, as well as trips, including flights and hotel accommodation. I also allow all reasonable communication as appropriate to the stage of the relationship (also expect "casual" dating for first six months). Dating app activity (including men on WhatsApp) to cease from the date hereof. Any suitors further to the date hereof shall be deleted, ignored or given a curt dismissive reply. Dating apps to be deleted within 2 weeks of the date hereof. No exes, ex-lovers in the picture or meeting up without express prior written consent. No "guy friends" outside of work or family settings, confirmed homosexuals or group settings with no touching besides shaking hands and no prolonged eye contact. No texting or meeting up one on one with said "guy friends"; including but not limited to dinners, sleep overs, holidays, travelling. Re disclosures, I also expect a full accurate list of all sexual partners (including kissing if in social circle). I note further than physical liaisons with other women is acceptable so long as it is fully disclosed within 5 business days of the interaction; threesomes involving another woman are acceptable, but not involving another man. I'm not joking around; I literally do this - trial and error, it might seem some of this is OTT, it's not; it's called not being naive or a sucker.
I wish things were this easy.
I totally tried doing this once.
How did it work out?
Sheldon always made one
This is how it should be
i love how funny it is and tbh? kind of seems like the future 😂😂😂😂
it's gonna be like that in 20 years
This is the future!!!
Cool contract when you can cancel at anytime (except for the first four days of the month).
Please make this a series. 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄
This is completely hilarious but the fact of the matter is, in a hypothetical scenario, two partners like this covered all their bases, and prevented 90% of all future fights or problems. I'm sorry but this is a window for a level progressivism I can get behind, because I'm a man and I am terrified of how overly screwed I could get getting married.
honestly i kinda like it no surprises
Hey! What about movies and meals? And oversight? This contract is totally incomplete.
Is this the Sheldon Cooper dating contract?
So sad that’s actually true😢
This is AMAZING
this is wild, my gf is named ashley meyer. Im never going to an ihop ever again
I wish my gf agreed to half of these
amaaaaaaazing!! love it hahaha
Это было прекрасно)
I think it should be in the real world this would be easy.
SO refreshing watching Nikki ACT and not just depend on using the same old arsenal of overwrought psycho facial expressions as “acting”. Well done, NH…well done.
LMFAO!!!!😂😂😂
He is a really good actor like fr
Who is FR?
@@Rugmunchersauce3 fr fr, he be bussin
Absolutely!!! They both are.
@spankybrownspoon3228 uhhhhh whomever the new guy she's doin skits with..
This is funny asf
This honestly seems like it would make relationships easier
Until the women gets mad and stops holding up the contract, then refuses to leave your place. With or without a contract, it all ends the same.
There're some solid points here.
Believe it or not, one of the main conflicts/argument between me and my wife is that she doesn't do womanscaping, which is a really unacceptable habit for me. (We're not from the US, and some women don't shave.) She thought it's a woman's right to decide what to do to her body. Of course she's right about that, but it's also childish because it really hurts the sex relations.
There're also other things but this really makes me so frustrated, we almost don't have sex now and are reaching the point of divorce.
@@jamisonz3365 wow, that d defo be a deal breaker for me , but I m 27 and the girls I ve dated were my age or slightly younger so maybe thats why they took care of themselves better.
@@SomeUserNameBlahBlah that's ok, she'll be breach and she'll be on the "No Relationship" list that other guys will see publicly, she won't be able to recover from that
@@jamisonz3365So, I'm just honestly curious on if it actually came down to a divorce or not. Did you guys come to any compromise on that issue?
Nikki is such a convincing psycho girlfriend 😆
Not psycho here
@@zipinha always psycho everywhere
WE KNOW
Hahaa probably because she actually is in real life lol
Do they come any other way?
4:01 is fucking hilarious. Just his expression and what's he's doing with his hands. Great comedy. Bring him back on Nikki!!!
Loved it
Agreed
I lost it that moment xD
Hahahahhahahahahahhaha
What does that gesture mean?
I bet she's glad he found the G clause quickly 😅
You notice he quickly moves on to Section D
Wow I just got it...
Not validating parking would be a deal breaker for me. Unless her office is in a mall.
Surprised there's no reciprocity requirement for oral. Not necessarily in the same session, but over the course of a week it should balance out.
Maybe there is but if they’re in agreement there’s no need to negotiate.
You watch too much pornography.
session defined as...
Ironically relationships would probably be way less toxic if both parties were very upfront about what their wants and needs are. And depending on the want or need the relationship will end so no time is wasted between them.
"Section G, I hope you found it soon" . . . . Good one!
Yeah, I totally missed that joke...thanks for pointing it out
This was really good, Nikki! I think these could become a series with different topics that had contracts :D. Awesome work.
Honestly I wish dating was really like this: cards on the table no hidden agendas or unreasonable expectations.
My goodness! This is so perfect! I whish this was how standard relationships work.
This is actually a brilliant idea! Can we get a petition going to start this?
You are the example
It's called marriage
This is actually pretty impressive contract negotiations 🤣
You should have a sitcom already. Cheers!
Its scary how appealing this process is treat actual relationships
This isn't normal? Why is this being portrayed as a joke? Are relationship contracts THAT niche?
This is excellent but also not a terrible idea. Couples really should communicate their expectations.
I mean they did communicate them. More so than 90% of couples probably
@@screew708that’s his point lol. And do you really think 10% of couples go into contract negotiations like this? Lol
"Add the clause...or we're done" A1 delivery.
They did awesome here. Great blend of comedy and realism
This is how I imagine sugar baby/daddy relationships work
sometimes, not always
I do that wobbly pen thing all the time during work meetings lol
Dude has a great voice. He should be a voice actor.
I was thinking the exact same thing..
He’s a pretty big comedian and great impressionist. He played Jay Leno on the Pam and Tommy movie.
Got damn not even a marriage contract can touch that! Well done! 😂
I TOTALLY AGREE 100%😂😂😂
Actually, all relationships are personal investments. Nobody is doing anybody any favors.
Life would be so much easier if there was a contract for relationships. For real! 🤣🤣🤣
It kind of reminds me how the Orthodox do it in Israel, which I truly desire.
There's a documentary on it.
If you want life to be sweet and simple, don't get married and don't have children.
@@bmoshareholderappleshareho855 I don't think it's that simple.
Adam Ray?? Nikki’s calling in the big comedic guns! 👍🏾
I thought that was a -
back in the days thing…
Great video as always! 😁
He gave very little and she gave a lot. I definitely think he won that battle.
I actually liked this and wish relationships were this straightforward and easy
All wars would end if this was adopted as standard practice
I remember something similar in the movie _Cherry 2000, (1987)._ Only difference was that each of the girls at the nightclub who were looking to date, brought their attorneys. It’s no wonder most guys in that movie settled for androids.
witty and hilarious - but what made it for me were the nonverbals: facial expressions (eye narrowing and also eyebrows VERY up), the pen waggling, the finger waggling... one of your best
Honestly this seems like it would be better 😂
That’s not as crazy as it sounds. I always thought marriages should expire every 4 years and you can renew them, otherwise they just end. No fuss. No yelling. Poof.
I'm just here to say, if people would be talking about such, and other major issues beforehand (of course, not as in a contract, but casually) relationships would be working out waaay better! Pro tip I guess: be openabout your intentions, morals and expectations from the beginning
great actor but how old is this guy, he looks like he could be your dad, he acted like he could have been your dad until half way through the skit 😂😅
Another masterpiece, can we have more skits with featuring him, you guys nailed it so good
This is actually just rational. I’m honestly surprised people don’t do this.
"Legal" Marriage is are basically contracts.
Prenuptial agreement would be standard contract, marriage closer to incorpation or corporate merger
Idea for fun alternate ending: she reveals that her ex-roommate is a guy, thinking it was a gotcha, only to have the closer being the reveal that he’s bi and still psyched
Can you share the pdf?
perfect relationship ❤️
wow she really found her match: that guy is amazing!!!
I think I will bring such contracts to my next date.
was this supposed to be a bad scenario ? cuz I really like the idea .
Bro this is fucking gold 😂
actually a sick ass contract
@@josesammut9396 it’s more fair than the deal she got on Relationship Shark Tank
My dating life's been such a disaster, honestly this kind of approach might just work, I'm kinda desperate to have something, _anything_ work right now.
This is so crazy, my girlfriend and I have debated why can't marriage be a contract that needed to be renewed.
This sounds like a great idea. Simple, open, consent-whats not to like?
contracts would absolutely make things easier haha
