3:30 oh no you missed the trip... On a guy that was a foot taller than you. Genuinely I really like all of the complicated silk reeling; as anyone that has done the Chen single whip. Historically it's interesting but it's the right amount of combat effective once you really see it. Really love the channel and the Spread of good knowledge
Haha, I have a very large training party at my school so I understand. The struggle is real! But, great explanation as always! The "kao" is really fascinating as you start to realize how many techniques it appears in and the different ways it can manifest
This is great! Glad to see this explanation and application. I was also thinking of using this technique as a counter to when someone has you on a collar grab and use the hook hand as a hand trap and the palm as a strike. Glad we can use the Kao when doing Dan Bien
Because TaiJi is more of a concept rather than a sequence of “movements”, DanTien can be applied in at least 5-10 different ways. This video was only demonstrated the more literal and combative way, because my opponent was twice my weight and almost two feet taller. He’s got the reach and weight advantage, but I can easily enter him by further collapsing myself and enter straight towards the center line and KAO.
Wow, I never saw single whip used as a deflection on the outside, I learned something new today!

My short leg had trouble reaching his rear foot… lol
All cops in the world use this move

Very nice, thanks.
Excellent 🔥🔥🔥
nice.
thanks
th-cam.com/video/Aw5xrGv1DLA/w-d-xo.html if 白鶴亮翅is ‘pull inward’ then this one is ‘push outward’?
@@wutan_nj 你又知道我是嘴砲?
teach the NFL
A lot of sports science is getting aligned with traditional biomechanics. I’m sure this is beneficial to NFL
