A small ice cream scoop would work much faster. Plus they hold their shape much better as you press the filling into the side of the bowl as you scoop them out. I use them to make cookies too…have different sizes on hand.
I will not pay the price for “organic” . I will grow my own veg in a 4x4 raised bed and I can get plenty of garlic, spinach, carrots, beets, beans. There is no regulation for what is labeled organic
You were doing so well...until you touched the outside of your salt cellar with the contaminated glove. The soup looks great and if it ever gets cold I'll be making it.
It’s amazing how delicious the Italian sausage makes anything you put it into.
The soup looks delicious and so easy, thank you for sharing! I love your pot; it looks like a shiny cauldron. What brand is it?
Other (quicker) way to form meatballs - run your hands under the tap to moisten fingers, and start forming. Wet hands stops minced meat from sticking.
As chef john would say, wet hands make smooth balls!

Yum..!! Definitely trying this.!! Thank you! ❤
I’m carnivore and so I’m going to just omit the beans and spinach- thanks for the idea!
I am going to make this. For even fewer calories, I would use ground turkey.😊
Good idea!
Add Italian seasoning then.
@@michellelaudet5363 there’s a lot of seasoning in the Italian sausage already!
Looks delicious, I’ll be making this as soon as I can get a few of the ingredients. Thank you ❤️😁
Thank you for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching!
Looks yum!
the music is like from some porn flicks olden times hehe
Use pork panko instead of bread crumbs and ditch the beans 🫘 i like your meatball method, same as homemade gnocchi method 😊
how many servings is this supposed to be? thank you

Looks great! Do you drain the white beans before you add it to the soup?
No you don't have to, It helps thicken the soup!
@@funchow1 Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Just roll those meatballs up with wet hands
Sounds good but I’m going to use ground chicken 👍
I like that. I would probably use meatloaf mix, which is ground beef, pork, veal.
