- Yes carpers we are back and we are hitting the syndicate in hunt of our 1st carp from here.
We are geared up with the new addition to the DNA range and that is the new Amino Smokes.

Another good vlog Jed always enjoy them . Just a little heads up my brother and me both had the Frontier XD and on both bivvys the poles came out on the centre boss on several occasions and apparently its a common fault , also an absolute nightmare to get back in . We have both since sold them .

I also moved from a trakker to a Frontier and got the XD + Social cap as well I seem to end up being the cook and general dogs body when going fishing - yes its large and with everything heavy but with a nash indulgence all my gear for a few nights I can still fit 2 chairs just in side the bivy - with the extension on you can pretty much get everything for a week - cook inside and still have room for 4 people with no real issue
mind you i fish a members lake which does tackle runs to your swim so don't need to lug it any further than to my van and then lob it in the back of the buggy at lake :D
Not sure if tackle runs to swim is a good thing especially as they have full power to all swims I had to upgrade to a Ford transit as well ran out of room in smaller van
the electric pizza oven might have been pushing it a bit but ho hum

Good vlog as always young man. If your looking for something new, try Doddington lane pits in Northants being a big 50acre lake. I fished it last year (as a halfway house on my annual fishing trip with old pal from Uni and had two, nothing big 22lb but they go upto 50lb. All fish are stunners, great venue and well run with no stupid rules. They are bookable double swims so good for a social with a mate. If ground conditions are good you can drive and park at swim, which as we all know is a such a great convenience.

Awsome Vlog jed.. unlucky on lost fish.. try River ebro catfish popular i think.. i went white acres in cornwall on nelsons lake had pb catfish to 42lbs thats a good place to go. or lakemorefisheries or fisherwick lakes for catfish

Frontier x pal won't be disappointed alittle heavy but awesome bit of kit make sure you get a skull cap to reduce condensation

Charlie's lake in Ashford Kent for cats all nets and unhooking mat provided lake record now 88lb main line must be 20lb they have a Facebook page the catch rate is unbelievable

Darenth long lake in dartford has plenty of cats and they go to well over 100lb

Are there many Pike in there. As they give indication like that in the spring around their spawning. Keep at it though lovely place to fish mind.

Go clayfields clacton way for cats they don’t mind cradles as long as they get the money lots of bait them they will come even carp to 40 in there

Hi mate ,Traker let you down with your pole, bot Fox are just as bad. I have a frontier x and only used it 4 sessions, on pack down the center clamp brock. Fox are useless at customer service, the shop I bought it from ended up having to remove a one from there stock and send it to me to fit myself
I think there all as bad as eachother tbh...
Ive been fishing 4 times this year and caught nothing lol, going again in two weeks wish me luck
