Hi Bjorn, I have tried different Live Chats for my WordPress website and even though I like all of them I feel that Tidio is very user friendly and it has a "very clean" layout. Tidio has many useful features. Thanks for your video. Very well presented as always. P.S. At the time of writing (2019 Oct 23) Tidio allows integration with Zapier - Tidio must have listened to you which is great.

I put the code in the footer like it said in their video and installed the plugin. When tidio asked for my password I couldn't remember it so I clicked on "forget password" it took me to tidios website and there was an error that said it was not installed right?

Is it possible for this chat box to work like Facebook's chat box where users can login and message each other or is it only useful for users to message the website administrator? If this can be used like Facebook's chat can you tell me how? If not, what do you recommend?
Sounds like you know a lot about Live Chat. I am having difficulty finding information about a Live Chat for my website that provides a phone type ring for incoming chat requests. I am near but not at the computer and would prefer that there is a ring or looped sound requesting my attention. Some chats will ding only once but that won't work for my needs. Does Tidio provide this type of notification?
Hi Bjorn, Thanks for the tutorial. Very helpful. There is one thing I am trying with Tidio and I was wondering if you know how to do it. I am trying to connect the login details on Tidio to my Wordpress page. If anyone login on Tidio, automatically the login on the website, and the other way around, to avoid logging twice. I have asked the Tidio support and they said that I have to implement code on my website, but no idea how...any thoughts? many thanks
Hi Alf, good question. Did Tidio support give you the code that you would need to implement?

"Here's the code that allows you to pass the information from your database into the Tidio Panel - docs.tidiochat.com/#introduction
localStorage.removeItem('tidio_state_PublicKey') - this code removes the local storage for user so you can connect it to your logout button :)"
