A true chief indeed! Rare to see such a bus captain in Singapore. Most bus captains I have encountered in Singapore do not even know if the bus goes to a particular destination even though it is part of the route, Lol!
As Chinese, Indian, Malay and Eurasians live in Singapore, mostly everyone will speak English. But some people still feel more comfortable and confident speaking their own language.
