Here we had the pleasure to Tour villa Panoramah, sitting on top of the hills in La reserve de Sotogrande, sharing the hill top position with eagles and pine forests. Fantastic home, the wide open plan entering the lounge with its colour pallet is truly wonderful … plus I just checked this area is only around 50KM from Marbella …… open up the McLaren yes…. I once tour a modern house like this in the Pacific Palisade. I fell in love with the design and insisted that my agent take me for a tour, we walked around, and I was really digging the place, I also have 3 small children, so the agent asked, is there any room in this house, that you can come downstairs to, and just sit and unwind with a cup of coffee, or the family lounging, hanging out, a room that's full of comfort warmth? I looked around and said no, every room, while big and massive, with either floor to ceiling windows or sliding glass doors opening the outside to in. Every room doesn't feel like a family room, but it feels like I am sitting at a dentist office or museum gallery, cold, big, wide, but empty. Everytime I see one of these modern homes, I always looked for that warm, cozy family room, and if there isn't one, if I didn't have children, it would be a great home.
Que gran trabajo hacéis. Me encantan vuestros videos. La casa es muy bonita, pero por 10 millones, uno se espera que te la den terminada y que el sótano tenga alguna ventana o patio inglés. Para mi gusto le falta una despensa junto a la cocina y un techo para la zona de la barbacoa, que con el sol de Andalucía te achicharas¡¡¡¡

Bedrooms are “boring” in that they all look the same with the same neutral tones BUT… I suppose it is made that way on purpose to keep the emphasis on the views. 🧘🏾♂️👍🏾

Hi, La Reserva is a very nice gated community. This house however seems that have better basement, than living indoor & outdoor areas

I've seen so many properties in Sotogrande on your channel ranging from €4m to €10m like this one....... and they ALL have 5 bedrooms. Is there some building regulation that all villas have to be 5 bedroom?? Seems strange that almost every villa is 5 beds.

Design is supposed to solve problems, this house fails at that... You walked in with a jacket, but there was no coat closet at the entrance. What are the owners supposed to do with all their jackets, or their guests jackets...??

I'm still a bit disappointed with this big, bright, spacious house...
I think that in its current state it is intended for holidaymakers for short stays:
Lots of wasted space, small bedrooms, no dirty kitchen, a basement with no natural light, little privacy, terraces lacking shade and depth, what about security.
It's hard to imagine what it would be like to live there... Well, it's true that the house is barely finished and not yet equipped to its full potential; nevertheless, it seems rather impersonal to me.
It can only improve with time.

For this price no interior audio system throughout the house and terrace, no dirty kitchen, not enough power sockets, no jacuzzi, and the Villa below sold around €5.8m built by ARK as well & only 300sqm smaller… do they just sell with random price tags in their head 😂 this Villa only worth €6.8m that asking price is ridiculous. 😂
