I have the same dimension garage, except 12' ceilings. I am considering this as an option, it looks clean. Mine is a detached garage that is 90% garage only. Not really a place to hang out or spend much time. I'm not planning to insulate ceiling or walls. Thanks for the visual on what my garage will look like so i feel comfortable pulling the trigger on this.

It’s probably common knowledge by many, but did you glue, nail, or screw the panels up?
Also, was there trim tape for running over seams?
    Project looks great!
    Thanks for info!

Looks great. My current hangups are wiring pulled below the joists during new construction. Never spliced coax or phone. Also they had squished r19 in the ceiling joists that have 6" hvac, so trying to figure out a better alternative. Lastly the walls are hardiplanks, so they're not flat, not ideal for finding studs or adding outlets, and not great at holding screws. Starting to replace it with osb.

I just subscribed to your channel, what caught my eye was the led lights you installed that led to Binge watching all the others.
I have a wood shop in my garage and it had ugly oak paneling on the walls, I too had T5 lamps and the color was horrible I had the daylight lamps.
I painted the walls and ceiling with bright white ceiling paint from HD about $85:00 for 5 gallons, I then removed the T5’s and installed 5000k LEDs at 4800 lumens, these are two tube led lights. I have 8 of them in the garage wow is it bright in here now. The reflected light off the ceiling and walls really brightens up the area. When you remove the exterior siding and put in the ceiling painting ceiling white will really help.
I am glad to hear your surgery went well take it easy, I will be looking forward to new video.

...hey Mac...I did this recently and layed down OSB first....which I highly suggest...if you don't...it might look ok at first but weather would likely cause it to flex etc..cheaper drywall may also be an option for underlay if OSB is through the roof in your area....( price doubled right after I bought it.as well as the 2x4x8's I used to frame the walls....)

@@Trialnerror You're welcome! Your garage is inspiring. Mine has insulation up and I'm trying to decide what type of paneling to use. I like the idea of using these boards. Less work than drywall and lighter/ easier to work with than thick boards. Have you had any issues with humidity/moisture on these panels? Or dents/holes in them? I plan on going to HD to check them out in person to see how sturdy they feel. I'm wondering how much of the garage I can get away with doing in panels like this. It's a 30'x27'x9'2" garage.

$33.38 a panel now. Id like to go back to your price.
