Out of fairly extensive research I'd seen it's best to avoid Rust-Oleum. Looks good when applied but isn't durable. Peeling after a short term is a frequent complaint.

That took me several days to etch, clean, rinse and repeat but was well worth it.

when you started the rubber baseboard I thought it was a waste of time and money, but it actually dresses it up nicely. the whole job looks great.
