I beated Sullivan first try with the help of the two phantom bots. When i saw his attacks i immediately understood that he would absolutely wipe the floor with my PG
On first try? Wow that is impressive. He gave me a really hard time. Definitely one of the hardest so far.
@@raggadubdubgaming you are either autistic or have attention span of a fuckin squirell and havent read whole comment, he said that he first tried sulyvahn with help of 2 phantoms which means that his activity in fight was optional
This fight is very exhilarating once you get the dodges down

Fun fact about that lake that looked like a boss arena:
If you didn’t beat that Beast at the bridge, it would show up at the lake and fight you anyways.
As DS3 vet, I recommend exploring the previous areas (like destroying a bridge at the catacombs before the boss and using it as a ladder would allow you to reach an optional area) and trying to complete the NPC quests
Oh, thank you for the great tips! So the beast just really wanted to battle you, no matter where you were? Talk about determination! I guess it would have been a bit easier in the open. @@graveslayer9666 I’m an old school gamer, I talk about way before youtube was there. I played Zelda the Ocarina of time as it was released 😂 And I remember the good old cooperation with friends to figure out all the puzzles… Damn 😂 Dark souls 3 is my first soulslike and it brigs me back to those days. Only now you have yt, redit, you can get your answers there. But I still prefer to figure as much as I can myself. Thats why I avoid googling unless hardstuck at some point.

Yea I do. I play on my PS5. I do have a gaming PC, but as I get tired on work I prefer lying on a sofa and playing 😂

You should really use L1 with your twin blades.
What do you mean? As attack when dual wielding or with shield?
@@raggadubdubgaming certain weapons in DS3, when pressing L1, instead of blocking, have different attack.
Twin blades just so happen to have one of the best in a game. ESPECIALLY when you put fire or lightning buff on them, that can shred bosses
@@graveslayer9666 oh I get that. Only I didn’t really use it much in early stages of the game. Later on I’ve been combining it. R2 then L2 is also nice, but you need a lot of time
why did you have a pyromancy hand equipped without any pyromancies attuned?
I wanted to see how spells works, and I never managed to figure it out. Now that you mention it, I think it is still equipped 😂

Just sit down at the bonefire and there is an option where you can equip and switch spells
