Nori is a seamstress, so if you befriend her a little (you don't even need 2 flowers), she'll start posting requests to the Konohana message board, telling you that she wants to trade wool and money for new outfits that you can wear. She can make a total of 3 outfits for you, the rest of them can be obtained by befriending the Oracle and accepting her requests :)
I really like Dirk's design in this game! He's so cute~ it seems like he's grown up a lot since Grand Bazaar, looks and personality wise. (dreamy sigh) I wonder how my dear Ivan is doing.. xD; Haha.

What making me upset about marriage features in this game is that your character and the barchelor/batchelorette not even wearing a wedding dress unlike other HM games such as BTN or FOMT. And also it will more perfect if they keep the Rivalry event and marriage. Cause you know, that what's make the game more challenging.

You can get the blue feather from Raul or Enrique's shop. You need to be at the pink flower, and in year two or later. Hope this helped ^-^
