This is pointless, should you have plugged back the removed screen it would of worked for a short time black screen issue cannot be resolved this way.

Gumagawa din po ba kayo ng ipad mini 2 na forgot password po then nag connect itunes

Yes po. If forgot passcode po at nag connect to itunes na po sya. Need na po re-program, it will erase all content and data. Need din po na alam nyo po ung old apple id and password ng apple id nya na naka sign in sa ipad mini2 nyo para sa activation ng ipad after sya ma re-program. Thank you
