Disappointed not to see energia mentioned. It has insane thrust and ISP and could easily launch a moon mission with lots of spare payload capacity. Same goes for shuttle derived rockets like Ares V or SLS block2. Saturn V pales in comparison to those rockets.
Ares V is a cool rocket, shame it got cancelled, There's a lot of different rockets that I could have gone over for this, and actually doing a somewhat more serious part 2 for this with LV's like Energia, Ares, Jupiter etc is probably something I'll end up doing :)
I love how the Seadragon is so enormous that the Apollo stack looks like a launch escape tower at first glance

Was quite concerned when you launched off the moon and took the LM Decent stage for the N1.
Watching a N1 take the Apollo capsule and LEM to the moon was cursed enough. The LEM leaving the moon with both sections was worse .

No, it was never meant to be reusable, was it? It was just meant to be so simple that it was really cheap and there wasn't much to go wrong
