Hi,
How do I set up a annotative scale where my model space drawing is in mm and paper space is in inches. I want to create a viewport having scale of 1:1000 on a paperspace with page size 11" x 17". I tried many permutation and combination to avail. I am using AutoCAD 2018.

You need to create a new drawing with Template as "ACAD ISO".

How to convert pdf to dwg with editable one

Push the "PDF Import" button, It can be found on the Insert tab or you can use the command PDFIMPORT
