📙 Backstory:
"Natsu" in Japanese means "summer". It can also be a boy's name. I was visualizing a person reminiscing about a chapter from their past - specifically thinking of summer memories. So Natsu is kind of twofold in a way, both about a person but also about summer itself.

✨ Highlights:
-I use only the notes and chords in the diatonic scale but I still wanted it to be colourful and varied. So I make use of almost all the main chords in the G major scale.
-I wanted to experiment with different accompaniment patterns and variations of the main melody (along with a third voicing), so you'll notice subtle changes often.

I bought the sheet in October last year but didn't quite have time to play and eventually forgot about. Almost a year later, I discovered the sheet tucked inside a book I had long since finished. Now, I am here, learning and listening to this piece and it's still as beautiful as I remembered.
