I am curious if it is difficult to get the specific cuts of meat ( pork ) you might want in the wet markets. Will the fish vendors clean and filet a whole fish for you? I notice them cleaning then chopping them into large vertical chunks in other videos. Do you find cilantro there? Now I am hungry. Thanks for the adventure.

Hi Doug, yes they have cilantro but not everyday make sure if they have cilantro you have enough to last. I am making my salsa here too.
