It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Brian! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.
@@Briggadare82 not wise. If we have another 25% rise this year, do you think the market will collapse by 25%? No it won’t. The biggest national drop occurred in 2008 during the GFC and it was only 8% on a national basis. Dont time the market. Get in if you can afford to. Patiently waiting for a pull back in prices is just postponing more pain.
@Documentts - While the Perth market won't grow as quickly next year, there is no sign of substantial price falls - as a FHB buy when your budget allows - don't try and time the market

I would say, if you are looking for your new home & not an investment, then Absolutely. Of course the market will rise over time. I heavily suspect that from an investment perspective that certain pockets of Melbourne would deliver more capital growth over the next 5 years imho.

I think he knows it. most properties earmarked for auction are being sold prior to auction. But I guess it is always a good time to buy property when you are a "so called" dr of economics in cahoots with a buyers agent hey?
@kingsford2032 I agree in the short term the Melbourne market will languish, but that means there are some great buying opportunities for those with a long term focus
not rising for long. corelogic is reporting lower clearance rates (ie below 60%) and lower prices into '25 despite what our so called "doctor" friend is saying. Be careful investing on advice from metropol and his fellow rampers. Whatever they say is probably wrong
@zenmachine50 you have been following me long enough to know that we do not give investment advice on this TH-cam channel, Investment advice is only given personally to our clients, and recent audit of their results show they are 7.3 times more likely than the average Australian investor to own six or more properties. ah ok I get it... by putting a positive spin on the property market it is not advice but you hope that it will attract customers/suckers to then take the next step and then pay you for advice

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things
Brian demonstrates an excellent understanding of market trends, making well informed decisions that leads to consistent profit

Is it still okay to buy in Perth as a first home owner or would you wait ?
I'm patiently waiting. Just my gut feeling that it will start dropping at the end of 2025.

What's the story with the Perth unit market declining 1.1% in November? I thought everything is booming in Perth.
