Love Cliff's videos and his channel. He's is the real deal among too many feng shui pretenders in the design space. That he makes this so entertaining and delightful is a bonus.

I worked in a cubical facing a wall with my back to the doorway. It did bother me but I couldn’t move the furniture. So i pit a mirror on the wall that I faced so I could notice the people entering behind me.

Hello from Sweden 🇸🇪! I tried to study Feng shui around 2005 by borrowing books at the library. Had to give it up, to many unanswered questions, and getting anxious. Tried several times since then. But even with today easy to find information, I'm left with moore questions than answers, and everyone tells me different answers.😮 But finally, on the bridge to give up, this wonderful man appears🎉 I bow down🙏👐💗

Feng Shui is just a way of manipulating energy. Think about this, would you rather have a coffee table with rounded smooth edges or one with sharp edges? You want smoother because it’s more comfortable and there’s less chance of you hurting yourself. In Feng Shui they say sharp edge furniture direct bad chi at you. Its just a different way of expressing things.

This was a phenomenal conversation with Cliff. I've always seen his stuff on YT shorts but never knew anything more than his obvious demonstration of knowledge and skill. I wish I could have him take a look at my situation I'm trying to figure out. xD

Clif is so so good giving these videos. I well appreciate his ideas. I always choose to sit in a room so no one comes in and knifes me in the back, rather if they come in, I nick out behind them. Similarly re the bed position, what’s behind it and the horror of mirrors. Worst still the bedrooms with a wall of mirror fronted wardrobe with no escape, add in the door a a wide window. Wall paper the mirrors to start.

An interesting fact is that the magnetic compass was developed for feng shui - namely, understanding the effects of the earth’s magnetism on human well being - as opposed to way finding

He may not have done it on purpose, but it was a funny little easter egg anyway. Man no idea I loved feng shui principles so much -- thank God for Cliff's content. :)

I live in Australia. In the southern hemisphere the sun tracks east to west via the north, not the south. In Feng Shui the north is the source of energy. Should we flip the placement of things ?

What about for best sleep head facing East/South? Is that still true or not? Or is it better where to place your bed to door and Windows.

With the mirrors, what if you can’t help it? Like the room has mirrored built-ins.

I do not like this overly prescribed suggestion-based version of interior design, and I feel like you're supposed to use the various aspects of the art to support you. In this case I would treat the mirrors as an energy portal where photons ( light energy) can essentially enter an exit, and through this means it's essentially a hallway, or a window that reflects back into the room itself. So it would take the photonic energy of the room, and then multiply it back into itself. Given that is the energy multiplier, it might be a good thing to have a workspace by the mirror, or an athletic Space by the mirror, or some other kind of high energy activity based around the mirror, but then have things that are lower energy away from the mirror, or occluded from the mirror.

My problem is, where do I place the desk? Is it all right to put it behind the Breaker Box? Right now, I have a metal whiteboard covering the box. My thought is that maybe this is too much energy to sit behind. I could put a painting there. My office is a small room, so I don’t have a lot of space to play in.

I think they could have helped him more by promoting the book at the end of the meeting, instead she just said "yeah, we will, we will" when Mr.Cliff mentioned the book. 🤔
