Nigeria's Port Harcourt is synonymous with the frontier of the oil industry. But to the locals it's also known as the Garden City with manicured green lawns. 70 percent of all foreign investment is centered in Port Harcourt. And the city is well-endowed with international and domestic airports, a bustling sea port, hotels and conference facilities.

Nigeria Government is very corrupt and there's no guarantee another Government is going to fellow your footstep to finish the project you started so please put pressure on those contractors to hasting the project because this is an opportunity of a life and the time is now or never, you need to do this because one day you'll sit down and proudly show your children what you have accomplish for your city and I'll call you my Hero,I wish I can give an award right now for even starting this.thanks.

The issue here is not about plans but implementation. The current Governor is certainly not going to finish it. Listening to the Commissioner of Info., she says that the Greater Port Harcourt plan is going to be fully on stream in 50 years time. That's too much of a time. And with the problem of Nigerian leaders, the Governor after Amaechi might decide to abandon it. That's always been the bane of Nigeria's underdevelopment. Lack of continuation and policy somersaults.

I don't know why youtube wipe out my comment they've already display, there's nothing racy in my comment, all I said is Governor Amaechi could use China and Dubai as an example of how long it took them to build their cities since they has one of the biggest cities and most beautiful cities in the world,Port Harcourt is a small city and I don't think it suppose take that long moreover, there's no guarantee if another government is going to complete it after you leave the office, May God bless.
