I would think it was because the first attack was on the city, so now they wanted to patrol and make sure that no other bomb attacks happened. Remember that the fight was on the Pike's terms, Boba's group was holding out for Freetown before they made their move.
Nope. Leaving Mos Espa would allow the Pyke Syndicate to enter and take control. The whole goal is to keep them out, and the Pykes’ goal is to get Boba out.
It makes more sense now why they made the mods so flashy to contrast with the people of Freetown. The two peoples didn’t like each other but now through this struggle they have united. Cob Vance becoming a mod is a literal embodiment of Tatooine’s peoples becoming one.

Seems more likely that Cobb will continue in Free Town, but be an ally in the future.
I still don't understand why they didn't fight at jabbas palace. They didn't want to blow the city up but decided that's where it would go down?!?
It’s poor writing in general, I still enjoyed it for the most part but the writers are just plain lazy.
It was city or the fight would have seemed like some Star Wars version of home alone lol
[Cad Bane falls to the ground] [Quick cut to Grogu about to eat a giant spider] [Cad notices him and puzzles] [Grogu reconsiders and places the spider on Cad's face] [Cad shrieks] [Krrsantan enters and hits Cad in the chest with a crowbar]
Fun Fact: Fish are commonly used as a type of fertilizer. It actually works really well!
It makes more sense now why they made the mods so flashy to contrast with the people of Freetown. The two peoples didn’t like each other but now through this struggle they have united. Cob Vance becoming a mod is a literal embodiment of Tatooine’s peoples becoming one.
well said!
You mentioned the scene from 'Once Upon A Time In The West', but you failed to mention the push over the cliff could be equal to a scene from 'Quigley downunder' when the settlers forced the aborigines over the cliff !
I like to think Grogu flew the X-wing instead of r2
That's my headcannon
R2 was just there to supervise cos grogu is a kid
Luke: "Now R2, make sure you fly the X-wing and don't let Grogu fly it."
R2: "Yes yes, how long do you think I've been around? I know what I'm doing......" *whispers to Grogu* "Okay, you go ahead and fly, I'm gonna nap."
Grogu: Can I please?
R2: No!
Grogu: Can I please?
R2: No.
Grogu: Pleeeeease!
R2: Oh all right, but this is the last time.
Grogu takes control. "Wheeeeeeeeeeee!!!!"
I love the break downs. Thank you for them! It's nice to see what I missed.
Of course Cad Bane is going to survive. He's protected by the " fan's favorite" shield
I hope they keep MajorDomo around for The Manadlorian season 3 because he is hilarious! lol
I really appreciate all the callbacks to other movies/series. Thanks for pointing them out.
I loved this series
something worth mentioning, when the gamorrean guards are falling off the cliff edge, they sampled the same noise from the Acklay from attack of the clones. Subtle but very nice.
I caught that too. Very cool.
If you think about it, Boba has been living on Tatooine for at least 5 years this is the place he probably feels so at home on Tatooine. He can’t leave Tatooine to be destroyed like his tusken family was
You have the best recaps of all the ones I’ve seen.
I think this left us all wanting more, like why only 7 episodes? This series deserved at least 8-10 or at least a 2 hour season finale
You get what you get, but I'm satisfied.
@@manuelzamora3651 I was very satisfied also. Can't wait for season 2
9:29 Who plays the Twi'lek that works for the mayor? He kidna looks like he's got that Jim Carry Grinch smile in this shot.
"There's a lot of money in that white powder, pop" - Sonny Corleone
I’ll never get tired of hearing you say “ Hi I’m Erik Voss”
After I watched the episode I was waiting for this.
So glad i caught this 2 minutes after posting
Can’t wait for the obi wan series! This has been so much fun, glad everyone got there happy ending
I'm rewatching all SW movies and shows for the Kenobi series!
Cad bane died, not a happy ending
@@jamesonhester8236 that is sad, but we can always hope they’ll bring him back :)
@@jamesonhester8236 ahh he's not dead
I love how the comment about the Wookie being the only one to get a melon is a reference to the end of ANH where everyone but Chewie got a medal.
Never clicked so fast but this is the way
This is the way.
-Grogu calming the rancor is just like Ezra connecting with the loth cats and taming the frynocks, love it
-Boba riding the rancor is just like his sister, omega riding the baby rancor
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who automatically goes to Mrs. Doubtfire with "THE WHOLE TIME"
I love how baby Yoda and Mando reunited I cried so much of that it just broke my heart ❤️
I hope to see the mandalorian and the dark saber again.
Mandalorian season 3 should come soon
I mean u don’t have to hope, it’s obviously gonna be important to season 3
"Wow i hope to see more star wars stuff" 🤪
@@hefoughtabear118 i hope we see more movies and shows released by any movie studio out into the world
@@jamesthanoob most likely at the end of the year.
10:48 also what the Ukrainians said to the Russian soldiers at the beginning of the invasion. The older women were handing seed packets to the Russian soldiers to put in their pockets so that flowers would grow after they died.
So instead of getting Slave 1, Boba gets the Rancor that does even MORE DAMAGE than the ship would have ever done...smh
All in the name of merchandising.
Think about how powerful Slave 1's weapons are and how narrow the streets were and everyone's proximity to the Skorpion Droids, so the Rancor did far less collateral damage than Slave 1 would have. And with more panache!
Love the reviews they are a MUST WATCH for all these shows for me and my wife.
As for R2 flying there's the scene in episode 5 where Luke says no that's alright i'd like to keep it on manual for awhile so R2 is more than capable of piloting the x-wing
When the Rancor ripped the bot in half, it gave me flashbacks of when the Alien queen ripped Bishop in half.
