Along with the abilities. The biggest loss is the connection to my body and inner guidance. I have been invited to attend a seminar @ a local church, the txt came b4 I watched this clip...I accepted, whereas normally I would not do this. Not into religion... But, I met a lightworker...and i know it was NO ACCIDENT. She is an earth angel, and a gift. I broke my cycle of not accepting that I am in depression, and found the courage to say yes to my higher self that is begging me to accept the past, not fear the future...and b present in the now. Recently I've discovered a powerful word which describes what I've been looking all this time, i tried different churches and spoke to many preachers and none could help with the inner conflict I face and its challenges. Medication does not work either. This word is "equanimity" a beautiful word, what i would like to know is what steps can I take to cultivate equanimity?

Hello Trevor, post awakening, once my dark night begun, I have been bottled in a hole by myself -- my old friends/family don't get me and neither do many of the awakened people as the expectation post-awakening seems to be to serve others, not yourself. Only your videos make sense and have me helped a lot. I am depressed, my mind has ceased to think and there is total silence inside. It is as if my being is being taken over by a higher power which has always been there silently watching, but now has decided to take over inorder to save my life. One thing that really crushes me is that if I listen to this higher voice, I risk hurting some people at the cost of my own happiness. The way you talked about the dark night bringing with it the opportunity to walk out of circumstances/relationships that have been crushing your soul for years, really really resonated with me. However, its inevitable that we will hurt some fellow beings in the process, isn't it. Please make a video on how to deal with this guilt of putting yourself first.
