      Daffodil isn’t it lovely, Ben bought it for me to decorate a family album of keepsakes. There are still some stickers left and I use it to keep other stickers in too.
      You must be a fan of William Morris ? I am, at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London they have a permanent exhibition. 💚

      Oh I’ve never thought of that before, Sam got me a notebook for Christmas with lovely WM design on the front. The mills where he produced his fabrics are quiet nearby we used to take the boys there. Maybe I should visit again.

    Wow fabric washing. I never thought of that but I'm new to all this lol. I went to the salvation army thrift shop today to get some tops to cut up so I had some material, as I didn't have any. I'm going to give your hearts a try. I'll remember this for the scraps. Thank you Janet and Freddie for the idea.

Nice for pocket, bans and tags .. Beautiful bag of fabric ..My Terry bought me two side tape . sheets ..I used up four sheets already with images for my sticker book !! ..Hurray for the Sticky !!! Lol 💜🎶🇨🇦

    Janet, you are always so inspiring. This inspiration isn't only your wonderful crafts and journals it is you and how you live your life, As you know I have lost my husband and it has been eight years, I still don't know who I am or what I am like. LOL I do know that sounds strange and it is. I was a daughter, then a wife and mother. Now I am a person on her own. You just seem so happy in your life that it makes me feel that is what I want to work to be. Well, enough of all that. thank you for your video.💙

    Good-morning dear Janet, I hope you slept well and peacefully. Somehow I forgot to comment on this lovely video but it was a joy to watch and be inspired all over again. Love the fabric tape and how you have used it. Wouldn't it be lovely to add another layer of various 'treasures', perhaps glue on threads, sequins, found words, tiny images, bits of lace, buttons, and of course a generous sprinkle of gold leaf☺✨... Oh, I love the fabric’s selvage edge when it has the colored dots with numbers - they’re so fun to use.       Thank you Becky, I just love making scrappy tape. Years ago Marmite ran a very catchy advertising campaign ‘ you either love it or hate it ‘. Marmite divides the nation !!!!

    Where do you get your fabric scraps from? Can you buy them or are they from your old clothes? Xxx

      Good morning Trudy. Sending you loads of healing vibes. The salvage edge comes from the side of a piece of fabric. The scraps are left over from other projects, I will send some in an envelope today just Incase you want to add some to a project ❤️

    You know, I have some carpet tape that I need to use. Yes, I got it for crafting. I even have some double sided stuff that you use to put on furniture to keep cats from scratching it up. It doesn't work, by the way - not with our cats, anyway! I could use that too.
    I love how Freddie is such a nosy neighbor as he looks out the window. :)
    Also, I was thinking "What?" when you showed the redwood tree. Where did it come from? They don't usually grow there, do they? What do I know? Was it a gift from the U.S.?

      Oh yes Freddie leans right into the window and stretches up to get the best view of the cats or foxes walking on the garden wall !
      You are right Redwoods are not a native British tree. Hundreds of years ago wealthy families would have them in the grounds of there houses, ( the park we were in was once the gardens of Manor House. They can also be found in a few Arboretums. They are just such amazing trees, they must have some stories to tell ❤️
