Love your video! Thank you for sharing. Have you ever tried rubbing the corner edge of your napkin to "relax" the raised dots? They are holding the two or three layers together. By rubbing them with your fingernail or a paper bone, you release that hold. Makes it much easier to free the layers. I use the backs to decoupage over images that need "taming".

Well I'm not even a crafty person (not yet anyway) and I found this video to be so soothing. You could absolutely start an Asmr channel for when you're making your washi tape rolls with & without your voice, and then you could have this channel for instruction tutorials. Then sell these beautiful tapes in a shop online. This is amazing. I've just subscribed, I've liked several comments, and I plan to visit the other channels mentioned in those comments too (paper terrance / paper journey by mj)

This is a great idea! It’s unusual and unique amongst the paper crafting videos. I think that you could make better videos by projecting a little enthusiasm and happiness into your voice as you speak. In this video, your voice is very soft and monotone. What I do before I make a video it’s write out a script. I then practice it out loud so I am comfortable and familiar with the words. That way, I know I haven’t forgotten anything. It really helped my delivery of instructions during tutorials.

Fabric is great for this too! Although napkin is just a bit more flexible. When the napkin is folded it is right side up on each panel, so when I opened up the whole sheet the sides were printed upside down from each other. I was right side up for one half of the napkin and became upside down as I continued to go down the length 😄 I hope that made sense!
