After watching a Black Mirror episode about some guy that was beimg blackmailed about a porn video, it made me paranoid about someone spying on me, thankfully my mom kinda said the same "No one's spying on you, no one's listening to you, no one cares about you" I still thank my mom because she helped me relax a lot
