It is incredible how Dr. Dispenza was able to articulate Mindfulness techniques with Acceptance and Commitment Training therapy and link them to brain activities in a simple manner. As a behavioral health therapist I practice those techniques with my clients regularly and those who do the work benefit greatly from the results... it does take time and practice.
I think people who don't know what's it's truly like to have the vibration, feelings of *Lack* in matters of not having any money, have no idea what it's truly like.
