Totally agree with the R1! The sound it's just pure Eargasm, plus the handling is super fun and challenging while riding with low TCS and AW.

As an owner of a 4C8 (2008) R1 since 2015, I can say that Ride 4 accurately captures its revvy nature and its front-endy handling. In some ways, it's like the 08-15 R6 on roids. I do miss doing track days at Donington and seeing how it compares to Ride 4. Unfortunately, due to persistent leg injuries, I'm unable to ride it as often as I'd like to.

@@DrAce46 yeah, you've ridden IL4 sportsbikes for the best part of 17 years and then Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis kicks in. Having Ride 4 allows you to enjoy it virtually. Plus, the roads are full of pensioners and you can no longer do laps of the A406 or M25 without having incriminating footage on somebody's dash cam.
Love riding the FZ1N. Everything is pretty accurate in the game handling, sound, brakes , just the top speed is a bit too slow compared to real life.

Nah I disagree, some have more power than irl, and the steering is so light I have to set the bike up totally different to reality just to try and stiffen it up, when really we would be doing the opposite. Bikes also wheelie and loose traction way too easily which is very frustrating.
I remember to say something very positive about the VTR to you, I said something like it was not a rocket, but I found it so easy around Nordschleife.
I love that bike mate, it handles like a dream it really does. So effortless to manoeuvre 🔥
I like the 2008 R1 a lot too, probably my favourite R1. Also Ducati 1098R from the same year, and Hayabusa, such a classic. I was expecting some more Ducatis, but Desmo is there, so good enough for me 😄 Nice list 👍

Great list, good idea! :) My favourite is the BMW HP2 sport, it's the sweet spot bike for me in this game: Strong enough, but not too strong, handles well, sounds cool, etc. I believe ín this game (and in reality as well) cca 160HP is the max a mere mortal can use relatively safely. Anything more powerful is usually punishing. (In real life it's done by Electronics, this game is faaaaar too forgiving though... Still, the sweet spot is around 160HP for me.) Anyway, I agree with you regarding most of these bikes, they're truly amazing!

Great list, Aprilia rsv1000r is a great machine, handles well, looks good and is close to the real bike in terms of handling, and fun, rewarding irl when ridden hard, sound on the game needs a lift so it’s louder, but that’s me being picky 💨💨

Haven't ridden the 2008 R1 yet in-game; I was surprised a pre 2009 R1 topped the list. I take your word that its that good. Gotta try!

My favorites are the ones Ive owned myself lol, ZX7R, R1, Blade, Hayabusa, GPZ900, ZRX1200, GSXR750 1985 slabside, oh also owned the RG500

I actually really like the MT-10 mainly because of the engine sound, but also because its not stupid fast and handles really well for some reason. It just feels like a slightly bigger 600cc instead of jumping to the insane liter bikes. I do like the R1M endurance edition quite a bit well. Ive found the bikes that sound the best are usually what I go for. I want to like the 2014 ZX6R because I own one irl but it just isnt done justice in this game and the R6 handles so much better.

@@GoodAtHeart not true gramps. I am in my 30’s and I have zero issues my back/neck or knees when riding sport bikes. Zero health issues and zero issues with ergonomics on my body. You must have serious health issues or your brainwashed by society’s bullshit

The 2019 GSXR 1000 has the best brakes imo, making it my 2nd favorite.

When I was a kid my dad had 2 2008 yzf r-1s one in the blue colour way and one in the red colour way , I loved those bikes , my love for bikes came from him.

I just started playing the ride games and I started with the 3rd since it was on sale and I have the 2nd and 4th the Yamaha in the #1 spot I just started using when I found Dr and it’s just because the difference between the 3rd and 4th I was annoyed so I looked up how get better at ride 4 and it was his video about tips and tricks and I was using that bike 😂😂😂 I also mainly like the 300-400cc range mostly so that bike isn’t really in my normal selection

I downloaded the suit from the online creators stuff in game. The bike was in a free update
The bike presented at 14:35 is not the SP1 but the SP2 of last generation. The SP1 was beautiful, sumptuous but red with black Honda wings. I know, I have 3 in my garage. 1 SP1 and 2 SP2

The new CBR1000rrrrrrrr is Maybe my favorite bike. I'm a kawasaki guy and own a 2021 zx10r but since they arnt adding it the closest thing is the Honda in the game

Im new to ride 4 and my steering isnt as deep as yours, how do you do that?
It’s all about the braking, if you get the braking right the cornering will come naturally afterwards 🔥

I was owner of Honda cbr 900 rr, so maybe my one of the most favourite bike si 900 RR but also I really like Yamaha R1 2014 and Honda cbr 600 RR RM.

I love the V-twins in there, but it sucks how dull they sound. There's an aggression that these bikes have to the sound in real life that they don't get right imo
Some bikes sound epic in this game and some not so much.. :(
Here is something I learned about powerful game sounds. You can mix it properly, or add noise (Rims add noise for example). You can only have good powerful sound with amp, big speakers or studio headphones and increasing volume. Sometimes you'd need to use EQ to get that desired sound.
You can hear how loud Ride 4 is set up by doing a test. Take a Energica Evo to a track with ambient noise (Ulster GP's wind for example). Stop the bike so it's quiet. Turn up audio until you hear the wind closer to reality. Now go back and switch to a bike with a combustion engine.
I always use giant tower speakers or studio headphones through an amp. Almost(!) all bikes sound really good, some simply awesome. Some bikes sound incredibly close to reality, like the Ducati 1198, both onboard and exhaust sound
I love my r6’s lol. But do you think the s1000rr is better than the m1000 rr. I just bought the m1000rr but I’ve been reading people prefer the s1000

Hi mate, depends on the lobby not all bikes will be available if a certain lobby is restricted to certain bikes

Hey bro i bought a mv agusta 998cc sports 2018. Online multiplayer session everyone had different kind of bikes. When it came to choose a bike just before the race. Mv dint show up. I even own a R1 crossplane along with that many others. Spent so much money already to buy these pack deals.
Only ducati superleggra and cbr are my options.
Are they in the same category as the match you created? Because if you upgrade the bikes they can move to a new category. Check the performance tag on the bike and see if it matches the lobby you’ve made
@@DrAce46 i just join the public lobbies. So far what ever match i have joined between 800 to 900cc. My bikes never show up. After we talked yesterday, i bought mv f4. Dint show up. Thanks anyway i will keep trying.

You’re right! The reason it’s my most used bike is because all time trials are dominated by the V4R so I had to use it a lot to fight for the world records. It did just barely miss out on the top if i recall 👍🏻
