    Hello sir! Your content has been really helpful.
    I just wanted to know if you know of any Indian consultants in the UK who've come back to India to work in corporate hospitals. For eg, if a doctor has done both core training and speciality training in the UK and decides to come back to India, does him/her not having an MD affect their pay in an Indian setup? Will they have to spend a considerable period of time trying to climb the corporate ladder in a private hospital? Also, is it difficult to practice after not working in India for a long period?
    I'm really sorry about the length of the questions 😅. Thanks for your time sir!

    • @SumanPaulDoc
      @SumanPaulDoc  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know of similar profile of doctors in Delhi corporate hospitals. You might find in your own city as well. Their pay is decided by their CCT and not having or not having MD. They dont have to climb the ladder as they start at the top of the ladder.I guess it will be difficult , thats where your leadership and manegement skills come into play
