Great ideas. I love to use EP in unique ways. I’m so glad you have Lila help you out. I’m disabled so my kids have to help me often. It has made them more compassionate and thoughtful. Kids who help grow up to be good people.

Such a great idea. Will have to try heat embossing this way. Lila did a great job - fun to have a daughter to help when mom is hurting.
The tip about using a scraper to knock of embossing powder from the cardstock background when heat embossing recessed images is very helpful. I struggled with this technique because I found using a brush to remove stray ep quite tedious. Thank you.

I have shoulder problems as well -- putting off surgery till absolutely necessary. My hubby did some die cutting for me last week and wondered if anyone else need help rolling the paper through - I'll tell him he's in good company since Lila helps you. She is so sweet as is my hubby.
These cards are so cool! And I feel really old. Lila’s hands are so grown up. It seems like just yesterday she was helping with little girl hands.

So cute with you doing the cards together. You might try a sling for no more than 2 days if your shoulder was caused by repetitive motion.

I love the different ways you've used this technique! 👏🏻😍♥️😍👏🏻 I think what I love most of all is that with basic coloured cardstock and our variety of embossing mediums, we can stretch our supplies to do double duty! It's brilliant! ❣️👏🏻❣️ Thank you! This is ingenious! Used a folder I’ve had for a long time and gave it a go with clear sparkle on white. Turned out really well!

Thank you, THANK YOU for this!!!!! I was given a BUNCH of colored embossing powders a while ago & really didn’t know what to do with it! Also, you have my TOTAL empathy with your shoulder! Last year, I fell, broke my arm/shoulder & ended up with a shoulder replacement. I hope your problem can be resolved with some exercises! 😊❤️
