Fuzz, you're a hero! We need high profile people like you to explain things like this about what it's like to own a drive these wonderful old cars. If it encourages just one enthusiast to take the plunge you've done your job! Well done!
Great video Fuzz, many thanks for the detailed explanation my friend. I now know where I went wrong on my 1st run out in my 1928 rolls 20hp, I was speeding up but with the clutch in, just a case of getting used to the opposite to what I've ever known, top job buddy, love the car too she's a beauty, thanks again mate, happy motoring😂
A great simple explanation. Thanks Fuzz
My learning experience came in the form of a Bristol MW bus with a Gardner engine and crash box - patience was a virtue.
Often wondered about this, great explanation. Now to find something to practice on
Clear as mud, mate. Your first explanation has you putting uour foot ON the clutch twice without taking it off! I'm confused. I'll try again...
3'28" you finally say what you mean!
Very useful. When changing down, how many revs do you give it? Just a blip?
Sounds like a lot of gear crunching, maybe more practice needed? 😂
